The lady behind the register is so unprofessional, we order here almost weekly and have never had any problems but now they have new people working the front? & I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on. If someone walks in you should greet them and be kind instead of just yelling at them. Yikessss.

I'm honestly pretty disappointed in this place because I just moved to the area and had ordered late night delivery from them a couple times, and was happy with the quality of the food. However, I chose to pick my food up the next time I ordered, and when I showed up nobody in the kitchen was masked, and nobody put their masks on after seeing a customer walk in. The only person with a mask on was the girl working the front counter.

Well it's the only place that's around here open late and delivers........ Well I said F it I'll try it. Lady was super nice who took our order. We got 2 large pizzas one Buffalo with extra Buffalo well needless to say it has no Buffalo at all on it. The 2nd pizza had just cheese and extra sauce needles to say had no sauce at all threw it away. The wings don't bother they were soggy and nast hardly any Buffalo don't waste your money or time. 2nd time ordering. The food arrived cold and tasted rotten. Terrible!! Vomit and Diareah immediately after eating wings and plain pizza!! Grotesque. Fed it to my dogs. Either the meat was rotten or the staff doesn't wash their hands after #2 in toilet room.
2 hours and 5 trips to bathroom later and I'm still having stomach cramps.
Wise Guys Must be under new management. It used to be better. Maybe covid has caused them to relax their standards of employees.

This was a good option for 3 am, My co-workers and I (health care hero's aka RN's) were really craving some pizza. It was an easy order through grub hub and arrived in reasonable time. The pizza we ordered was a classic cheese and half pepperoni, it was pretty warm so points can't be deducted there. Overall I wasn't a fan of the cheese but the sauce and crust were perfect! The second half of our order consisted of a Buffalo chicken wrap and my co worker couldn't have enough good things to say about it, because she wasn't saying anything the way she ravenously destroyed

Ordered late night food from here. The only thing that was actually edible was the Tony Soprano sandwich. The "manager" had the nerve to call me as she admitted to taking the pathetic pizza that I received out of the oven. I simply asked her if she'd seen the pics online that they use for advertisment because they looked nothing that the "food" that I received. I threw away the burnt Buffalo wings and the burnt pizza. F$#@ this place for falsely advertising.

Maybe it was because we ordered delivery rather late, I don't know, but the quality of our food was not worth the price. We got the steak and cheese sub and cheeseburger and both items were missing the cheese. Burger sure, I can do without cheese but the sub? Literally just dry meat on a roll for $18. Maybe I'll try again later, earlier in the day but after this, probably not.

I know covid in providence been rough but how you guys gunna charge $12 for a grill cheese on uber eats? You guys have the most overpriced options. After ordering for 5 years and coming back thinking the food would be better when all else fails it ends up mediocre, greasy, damp food.
In the end going to go order from you guys on the app, and I use it because I like knowing when my food is coming working from home, seeing the $12 grilled cheese really sent me off the edge. I didn't want to make this review but I had to.

Ordered from wise guys for the first time, thought I'd give it a try since I always passed by there but was super disappointed with my order. We ordered curly cheese fries that barley had nacho cheese on them, the steak and cheese also lacked on cheese it was mostly very dry meat, the buffalo chicken fries didn't come with the buffalo chicken, it was only French fries and buffalo sauce all over them with a side of blue cheese, which was very disappointing for the price they charged after we ordered it with the chicken and the beef gyro wrap was decent but had about a teaspoon of the tzatziki

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from here because of all the good reviews on grub hub. What a horrible idea. I didn't like it at all. I usually go for nice slice, but decided to try something new. First off... Shout out to Wise Guys for trying! I wrote a review in 5/18. 2 stars. I received an e-mail through Yelp on 1/21/19 offering me a $30 coupon to re-try them as they are trying to be a better establishment. Thank you for reaching out, reading my first review and inviting me to try again. Kudos on that! Plus it was very friendly. I am bothered to have to write this but to be better you need to try harder. Read the reviews and try to fix the problems.
