Sierra's Brick Oven Pizza & Pub has been in business for over a year and looking for an experienced Italian style pizza maker. Previous pizza maker experience at a Domino's or Bertucci's is a plus. Starting at $17/hour with room to grow. Hiring immediately. Come and join a fun group of employees. Our menu includes New York Deli style sandwiches, freshly made pastas, handcrafted soups, healthy salads and our signature brick oven pizza & calzones. We have gluten free and vegan options too!

Higher and uniform cooking temperature - The heat radiating from the wood fire is spread around the oven and across the dome very evenly while the floor of the oven remains slightly cooler.The temperature in the oven is normally between 570 - 660 degrees Fahrenheit. The intense heat and constant airflow generated in the brick oven seals and cooks the toppings evenly and quickly.
We are a catering company that specializes in brick oven pizza & subs. We cater both private and corporate events in Franklin MA, surrounding towns and Boston metrowest in Massachusetts. I didn't go to this restaurant for quite some time because the owner did not provide parking for their employees and they parked on my street making intersection very dangerous. Many of my neighbors felt the same.
They have excellent food and now park somewhere else. I am glad they did something about staff parking, great food and a block away!

Top notch food with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere! You can’t go wrong with any choice from the menu. Top quality, fresh ingredients- no cutting corners here! Jimmy is a great host that takes pride in his food!

I came in on a Monday evening around 7:45 and ordered the Ribeye Steak and Cheese sub and a large Cheese Pizza. Staff was very friendly and order was completed in a timely manner.
It was delicious! The blend of sauce and cheese was perfect and the pizza was cooked juuust right. The sub was also very good. I’d highly recommend giving this place a shot, especially if you’re willing to pick up the food or eat it there.
I have no experience with delivery from here because in my personal experience with other pizza places, doing so results lower quality food due to a long wait or mishandling.

Not good. Ordered a couple of pizzas tonight. Crust tasted good, but was weak. Nosedived the toppings off the pizza and on to my plate. Sauce lacks flavor. Vegetable toppings way undercooked.
Will not go back.
2 stars because delivery was quick and the driver was courteous.

Just had dinner here and the fries and onion rings were great. Pizza was delicious. But the highlight was the staff. The young gentleman that helped us was phenomanal. He was patient as it took us forever to order but also attentive. You should try this place out.

The calzones are always great! We love the Buffalo. Not my favorite pizza ever but it is pretty good. I’ve only had delivery before going in recently to eat, but figured “pub” meant more of a dine-in experience as well, but not really that kind of vibe.

Only place around to have vegan pizza. Chances of pizza not well done is 50/50. Their manager should check pizza before handing out to customer as this is third time my online order pizza was burned. 2 other times it was fine

We’ve been here twice for pizza now, and it has quickly become my favorite spot. The first time we ordered the Saint Demetri, and it was so rich and savory. The sausage was well-seasoned and the roasted red peppers complimented the savory cheeses and white sauce. This time we got Mabel’s Garden, and it was fantastic! The veggies were piled high, and it was hard to stop eating. The red onions were almost sweet and the mushrooms grounded the freshness of the other veggies.

I was just driving bye and the sign caught my eye, NewYork style deli! They did not disappoint. The meat was piled high on a fresh bun. They did not disappoint! I was torn between the Rubin and a slice of 🍕... either way you can’t go wrong. The entire staff were wearing masks and sanitizing tables while I was there.
