After many years in the business, Freeman, Sr. handed the business down to his son, Freeman Jr. Now the business is owned and operated by Gay and Freeman Todd, Jr. We are located in Conway, at 1100 Main Street. We were very impressed. We had seen and heard quite a few good reviews but had been reluctant to use them because we assumed they were just a big garage with big costs and probably charged ridiculous prices. Well we dropped off an old beat around car due to A/C issues and really figured it was going to be a costly repair and probably replacement. Ended up being a very simple and super cheap issue. Now they could have easily screwed us over and we would never have known. We were tickled with the service, the knowledge and the professionalism. We will absolutely use them again and hopefully all future

I had my F150 checked at the Ford dealership and they found some worn out steering components that needed to be replaced. I took the estimate to Main Street Car Care and they did the work for a third the price of the dealership. I took a long drive today and I am very happy with the job they did, and the price.

Stopped in Thursday afternoon to have 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan's AC checked out. They found the condenser was bad and would take about 3hrs to repair. Part would've there in the morning. Came in Friday morning for the repair at 8:30am and at 10:30am the repair was done. The cost was right in the ballpark that I was given after they diagnosed the problem. Courteous, friendly staff. Clean environment. Work was excellent. My new go to for auto repairs.

I recently took my car to this establishment because my front end was shaking and I anticipated having expensive repairs required. Imagine my surprise when instead of the long detailed list of repairs required which I am used to receiving from so many similar businesses they simply informed me no front end work was required; I did not need any expensive repairs and there would be no charges. This was a refreshing change and I will be returning with any future problems. Your honesty was refreshing and your integrity was obvious.
