I first reached out to Moving Forward, when another company tried to pull some shady business with me. Robert answered right away, and was able to book me for the following day. He laid out all expectations for me, being completely transparent about cost, payment methods, what information he needed from me, etc. The next day, Albert and Isaac called me right when I was told they would. They were super professional and friendly from the start. They did not waste any time at all, and were two of the hardest working people I've ever seen. I have to say as a Real Estate professional who deals with movers and moving all the time, my wife and I were Very Happy with the move of our personal home with Moving Forward! These guys did everything they said they were going to do from start to finish. They were first off very respectful, they showed up on time, they were communicative prior to arrival, they wrapped and covered every bit of furniture needing to be protected, and worked until 11pm to get us into our new home! I will be referring this professional and reasonably priced company to all of my colleagues, clients, and friends! Highly

This is the second time I use this company bc they are beyond professional and timely. I called them praying I could get same day service, which I will tell you is tough to find and they came through for me. I promise I will never do that again, but this really impressed me. I highly recommend them for your next move big or small, these guys will get the job done right.

Best move I've ever had.. My husband called to set up an appointment with these guys and from the beginning they were knowledgeable and professional. When we met the crew in person, I was blown away by their neat appearance and their eagerness to get started. I felt so overwhelmed by all the little things I still needed to pack, but they looked at me and said, "Don't worry, we got you!" The 3 man team, Isiah, Robert and Albert got to work and didn't stop until the job was complete. I was amazed at the stamina these guys possessed they were so careful with our belongings. Don't use these guys to move!!! They were extremely careless with my items and broke 3 boxes of very valuable glassware. They did not wrap my boxes properly and they were dropped from the stairs as they were going up to deliver my items. They did not apologize, and when I called the owner, Robert Williams, he said that they are NOT responsible, and he would "not apologize" for his employee's carelessness. Wow!
Also, the moving guys were smoking the entire time and I asked them not to, but they continued to smoke.
I've reported them to the BBB.

I have used this company 3 times this year and I am an experienced mover coming from a military family. The guys are very accommodating, polite, and work hard. You let them know what you need and they strive to make it happen. We rescheduled a pick up the night before and Robert had no problem working with us.... highly recommended!!!

Robert, Chris, and Marquis did the BEST job helping us pack up and move. They were beyond respectful and listened to exactly what we asked for. They were meticulous and efficient with a killer deal!
Before the move started, Robert explained the entire situation and the plan of attack, he also provided us with detailed information about Forward Movers rules and regulations. No unanswered questions.

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING SERVICES!!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! It was the biggest mistake of my life. Moving can be a very stressful process and this company made it worse than it could have been. I hired them to move a one-bedroom apartment. I had everything packed. All they needed was to load it into their truck. Myself and another gentleman carried all the small items and boxes while they worked on the big items. Even with our help they TOOK 3 HOURS to do their job. Mostly because they were so consumed in their conversation, focused on their cell phones and taking one piece of item
