Do not retain David Issenman. We’d hired him as an arbitrator, and he immediately proposed himself as a mediator, which is a massive conflict of interest. The first thing he said was, “In a mediation I do not have the power to bind anyone to anything.” Which is perfect for him and his firm; they can just rack up their billable hours, double charge both sides of the dispute, with no binding or tangible results. Greed drives this man and this firm. The number of times he proposed new consent orders to execute already executed consent orders, or further mediation to mediate already mediated

TERRIBLE. I would have been better to represent myself. (Bea Kandell and Kimber Gallo) did not advocate for me and more so, keep my 3 children's best interest in mind, dealing with Self-employed ex spouse. Post-divorce I handed them the proof ex hid money, they represented me again in court (for FREE because they had screwed up so badly the first time) and they lost terribly AGAIN.
judge reprimanded me for settling- which Skoloff and Wolfe told me I had to do.
I still suffer daily from abusive, manipulative, ex spouse who continually lies to the court system because these attorneys allowed

Skoloffe wolfe is past its prime. it is a divorce firm that has become a factory. Their only goal is pass through as many divorces as quickly as possible. this means they give up all your rights, give your adversary everything they ask for and call it a day. you will be harmed forever if you use Skoloffe wolf to defend you in divorce
