Brad Batchelor and his staff, especially Alyson and Crystal are very special people. They provides insurance coverage for my home and five automobiles. Insurance for the automobiles are reasonable but my house insurance was a little high. I called in to see if they could lower my rate. They were warm, caring and eager to help me. They brought my house insurance rate down to a price that was manageable for me but still made sure I had excellent coverage. Brad's State Farm office is great! From the general manager to the agent Ive been working with (Alyson), Ive been very happy with them since I switched last year. They do a great job of keeping customers informed about changes, updates, and service offerings. They are also all just very personable in general and I got a very nice card from their office for my birthday. Highly recommend!
