Make monthly extra charge, never pay money back, not even in credit, I’m so tired of your services, can’t wait to find a new car insurance, No honest, they say for this month for sure we going to discount the money we charge extra, never happened, beside that, I’m not enroll to auto pay anymore and they just charge me money without my authorization, plus charging 100$ extra!!! 😡 really? that’s stealing money
