My entire life I have loved observing, learning and trying to get better at things related to health, sports and the human body! As a young kid I tried every sport but ended up being the best at sports with some type of stick, bat, racquet, or club in my hands. Being a Gonstead Chiropractor has allowed me to continue using my hands and focus on precision and excellence.

In the last five years I've been to two other chiropractors that haven't done anything for me. A few months back I found Dr.Ryan Hetland, and I knew after my initial visit this was going to be different.
I actually found out what was wrong with my neck and back and was set up with a plan to make my pain go away and make my way of living better.

Over the weekend I suffered from very quick onset of pain in the middle of my back. Significant enough that spasms frightened me and I even considered going to the ER but common sense (and Dr. Hetland’s advice from previous treatments) told me to get through Sunday night and call Dr. Hetland right away in the morning. By 8:30 am he had returned my call, squeezed me into his already full schedule, and did my first adjustment by 1:30 PM. I found Dr Ryan as what was a Hail Mary, last second pass from Aaron Rodgers to Davante Adam’s. The amount of pain I was in, the doubt and worry I had, surely, Dr Ryan was not going to be able to help. He assured me he would give me his best, and felt confident in fixing me. I was skeptical to say the least, as I had heard this several times before. After the first 2 sessions, much to my surprise, I did feel a tiny bit better, not great, but better. So, I was in.
