I was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and my family and I have a special place in our hearts for this community and are deeply rooted in The Volunteer State. I had the best experience Michael and Jared were the best. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and with a price I can afford. I would 100% recommend. The representative who I spoke with (Susie Jensen) handled the set-up to my policy like a true professional. She was courteous and truly cared if I needed assistance. Even during my best attempts to bribe her with precious gems, a life of luxury, and all the finest things, she remained steadfast and professional. Heck, I even offered her some dinner for her hard work. State Farm may have my policy but Susie Jensen sold me my heart in the process. 10/10 would recommend.
