You have the option to do a simple buff and coat, which is the cheapest option at $1.50/sq ft and requires no sanding. This is to give your floors a fresh sheen. Or, if you are looking to completely resand your floors you can choose from one of the options below: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

When your hardwood floors are scratched and or damaged beyond what our sandless refinishing process can handle, we recommend our complete sanding and refinishing process. Completely replacing your hardwood is always an option, but it's generally quite expensive. Instead, sanding and refinishing is a more cost-effective solution.
Sandless refinishing, sometimes called buff and coat, is a hassle-free alternative to the traditional sanding and refinishing process to restore wood floors. This maintenance process revitalizes floors that have not yet worn to the point of needing a full sand and refinish. Sandless floor refinishing can be done in just a couple of hours.

Hazelwood sanded our existing kitchen, morning room and hallway floors then added new living room and bathroom wood, then stained it all. We love our new floors! You can’t even tell the old wood from the new wood. Josh and his team did an awesome job and we are very happy with the results. The matte finish we got hides dog hair and dirt really well and the different grain the stain picked up is so pretty! We would definitely recommend Hazelwood flooring!

My experience with Hazelwood Floors was fantastic. I have a 1921 Sears Kit house. The floors on the first floor and second floor hall were badly damaged.
The scope of the work I hired Hazelwood Floors to do was to:
1) Carefully take up the flooring on the first floor and use the salvaged
wood to repair the second floor hall.
2) Remove and reuse the shoe molding..
3) Refinish the stairs, risers and landing.
4) Install new freshly milled flooring on first floor.
5) Install new handrails.
6) Refinish antique cold air return grills.
7) Stain and finish new wooden furnace heat diffusers,

This is our second time using Hazelwood for a tear out and new hardwood installation and they would be my first call in the future for any flooring issues as well.
First, they were very flexible and understanding. Due to Covid, our wood was delayed twice, but Hazelwood had no problem rescheduling us and assuring us it was not a problem. Erin handled everything we could throw at her in terms of customer care and she was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any and all inquiries.
