Please don’t waist your time and money on this place. My husband took hip MAC laptop for screen issues, he paid almost $500 to have it replaced. It took weeks to get it back, but the problem was even worse than before it was replaced.
We took it back to them to fix the issue 2 months ago but we still haven’t gotten the laptop back. We tried calling them so many times, they don’t answer/return calls and their website wasn’t accepting any messages/emails.

I am updating my initial review from 1 stars to 3 stars. The only reason I am not doing higher is because there was still the issue of not returning phone calls. That being said I just picked up my ps4 and the gentleman was polite and honest about not finding any issues with it. He even gave me a free cord. Overall my experience was improved upon but still a shame they can't return calls or else I would have left a 5 star review.

I put my laptop there to replace a screen, they said it would be fixed in 2 weeks. 2 ENTIRE MONTHS later it's not fixed and I received zero information or communication. Different excuse every time I call. I'm taking the laptop back and bringing it somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous, what a sham.
Update: I got the laptop back, they gave some excuse like "the laptop is weird and the parts they ordered didn't work." Even if that was the case, they should've communicated.
Update 2: I took the laptop to another shop (Phone Repair Philly) and had it repaired in 4 days. Don't waste your time year

First of all there should be no reason why my cousin went there. To get his PS4 fixed and came back with a half done job. And of course the crackers didn’t even fix it correctly. He can’t turn it on by the button unless he inserts the disc. This isn’t okay he spent his money there for them to barely fix it. Do not go there.

Went there June 17th to get replacement glass for my android phone. Paid a down payment. They called me to tell me replacement was in. When I got there, they had ordered the wrong size. I waited 2 months, never heard from them. I called them and they said they ordered the new glass but it was coming from China so it was very slow. Three weeks later, I called and they said my replacement was in . But they never called me to tell me. So finally I got back to South St, and they replaced the piece. Dude! I went here to get my MacBook screen fixed on October 12. Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks, the guy who works at the front; the owner of the business was VERY VERY condescending and mean to me. I was as patient as I can be with him but he REALLY needs to fix the way he talks to people dude. Especially when people are spending their money and trying to service him. He did fix it and it’s working perfectly though.

The guys there are super informative and friendly. I bought my PS4 to get the fan and interior clean up. Also to check on a minor issue where it always go safe mode when I turn it on. They were busy but will have it ready ASAP. I figured it'll take two to three days. Nope, it took them on day. They cleaned out the fan and interior. Then ran a diagnostic test and found it was the wire that connects to my 3TB drive.(external 3.5) It was a faulty wire and needed a new one. I stopped by since it was next door to my son's barber. My son's phone had lost mobile data (signal) and we tried troubleshooting thru the provider with no luck even after resetting the network settings multiple times. So they (the provider) wanted to send a replacement but due to my son having a small chip on the phone, it voided the warranty. Long story short...we took the phone into here and he said we ahould try updating or doing a factory reset. So we backed up everything, went into settings, clicked on Software Updates and once it was done and rebooted...SIGNAL WAS BACK!!!! They

I'm really disappointed on their service and also their quality. I just got my new screen replaced for a month and the screen is starting to strip off 1 side of the phone (I can slip my nail into it). It would not possible to happen if they are professional technology. Email them and did not get any response. This is my first time and I don't mind how much as long as the quality is good. Looking for the reviews on yelp and thought their service would be good and here we're, it turned out as nightmare. I paid $98 dollars and did get nothing. Your phone will not have any warranty.

My boyfriend took my ipad mini in for a backlight fix. He also brought the screen along just so the tech can make sure that the backlight does work. He did not ask the tech to place the screen on the board but the tech did it anyway. They charged me and arm and a leg for a quick fix but now my lcd screen is messed up and they would not fix it. The tech claimed that he noticed that the screen was bad but did not say one words to us. This place is a god-send. I broke the screen of my iPhone TWICE in less than a week. Felt horribly ridiculous but they didn't judge. They work so fast but you'll leave with quality repair. Both times my phone was fixed in a half hour. I cannot go a day without my phone (with work emails and such flowing through) so I needed to get this fixed fast.

My iPhone got some water damage at work. It still functioned fine but the screen had a lot of cosmetic damage due to the water. I tried the rice thing but it didn't really work.
I took my phone to this place and they checked to see if there was any internal damage that would cause later problems, and they said there wasn't so all I would need was a new screen. (Thank God). New screen cost $110 (plus tax) which is kinda pricey but my phone is good as new and it took about 30 mins.
They were very professional and polite. Would recommend to anyone. Convenient location as well -- 30 second
