I took my phone here for a screen replacement and they told me they could not repair it after about 3 hours of waiting. I had already paid ahead, they gave me a partial refund of $60 from the $120 I was initially charged stating there was a $60 service fee. They claimed the phone could not be repaired due to a damaged motherboard and only the original cracked screen could be used. After saving my money again for a repair (I am a teenager), I took my phone to a different store, the other store was able to do my screen repair quickly with no issues and there were no motherboard issues.
