These guys are the nicest, best, most professional local mechanics I know. I bought an old Porsche 944, and they have a specialist. They’re not cheap, but I’d say they’re worth whatever extra it might cost. Now that I have some estimates, I’m gonna save up and have them do the work, knowing it’ll get done right, ASAP. Even though they had my vehicle for an entire week, I am very happy with the outcome. They provided me with a nice loaner vehicle and all I owed for its use was a tank of gas. Things took a little longer because Brandon was dealing with my vehicle extended warranty policy/company. Initially, I needed a new fuel pump(which happened to be combined with the fuel sending unit) and a new in-line fuel filter. I ended up having the majority of my metal fuel lines replaced.Now my truck runs and accelerates better, and I have a working fuel gauge. Thanks guys!!

I went here to get my power steering pump replaced. It was making sounds when I turned the wheel. After the diagnostic they said the pump was fine but I needed new lines. So I paid for the line replacement. I went to pick my car up and s soon as I drove it outside the lot the steering wheel began to vibrate so much the car windows were rattling. I drove it back and told them they did something wrong. He looked under the hood and said I had no power steering fluid and asked how long have I been driving it like this and I told him I just literally picked it up from you guys. In ONE DAY they were able to repair my front axle, inner and outer tire rod ends, order and replace my tires, AND take care of some minor tech issues. Pricing was VERY fair and Patrick offered sincere advice.
The only shop I’ll bring my car to now. They’ll see me soon to get some final items taken

Clean, socially distanced, everybody at the front desk wore their masks. They are always very efficient & friendly. Feels like an inclusive atmosphere where I feel safe & confident waiting inside by myself. Brandon at the front counter works so hard and consistently goes above and beyond. I was also pleasantly surprised I wasn’t pressured with an elaborate sales tactic to do any upgrading on my simple oil change appointment. As a sales person myself, it felt very organic & I really appreciated the recommendation (since my oil change WAS a few miles overdue 😂). All in all, I’d choose this

I made an appointment online for my car to be serviced at 8am. I arrived a bit early (7:30ish) and took a seat in the comfortable waiting area. My brakes were getting looked at and the gentleman brought me back into the shop area and showed me exactly what was wrong and his recommendations. I didn't feel pressured or judged and appreciated the time he took with me to explain what was wrong.
He gave me a time frame of about an hour to fix my brakes. Needless to say, after about an hour and forty five minutes of waiting I asked if we were almost done. He told me they were sent the wrong part

We were visiting from out of town and our car suddenly stopped accelerating above 15 mph. Honest-1 was able to get our car in at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and diagnose it the same day. Repairs were then completed by 9:30 Monday morning for a very reasonable price. They were even able to supply us with a loaner car, which was great so we were still able to get around on Sunday without the stress of having to get a rental. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

My brake light was out so I called to get it fixed quickly. They asked me to come by and got me in right away. They were accurate, fast and thorough. The cost was reasonable and they followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the service. Honest-1 is becoming our favorite auto service place!

Most knowledgeable and nicest mechanic I've ever dealt with. Straight shooter without selling anything extra. Explains the situation without talking down to you and gives you all options letting you make the choice. I asked for several services, he checked and said that there were a couple I didn't even need which would help lower the cost. Will never take my car anywhere else.

Went to have my brakes done, drove out and they still were squeaking, to make a long a story short, brought it back 3 different times, guess what??? yup still squeaking, asked for a partial refund was told that is not possible, now I have to pay someone else to do the job the right way, not only will I be contacting the BBB, I will also be in contact with my lawyer, why should I pay for something that is not fixed???? THERE IS NOTHING HONEST ABOUT THIS PLACE, EVEN THE OWNER IS A JOKE HE DIDNT CARE EITHER. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! to make note this was done at honest one on Nichols road

Have been a customer of theirs for almost two years. I am of the opinion that they are more interested in having their mechanics earn money then they are with the welfare of their customers even given the fact that they always talk about discounts. For example number 1. Changing transmission fluid and antifreeze was $100 cheaper elsewhere. Example number two. They allowed me to drive with a tire they couldn't balance in the front for a full year of pulling the steering wheel to the right. I had them rotated to the back and solved the issue. Example 3. I had a coupon for an oil change, so thought I would use it. First time customer and whether I have a coupon or not, they have a customer for as long as I live in Eagan. They were very friendly and the service was excellent. They showed me how bad my filters were instead of just telling me I needed my filters changed. They gave me an estimate on a couple other potential issues. They brought me in the garage with my car up and showed me what was wrong. I've never had that done before. After all said and done, I got a free car wash to use at a local gas station, my car was parked right

I went to honest 1 and was attracted to the auto shop by its name, "honest". However this place is far from honest, believe me! I went into the shop to have a routine transmission fluid flush and they said that my transmission needed to be replaced, stating that there was metal in the transmission fluid. Upon further review my transmission was completely fine. I had just gotten new back tires on my car and so they were making noise and I think these people thought it was the transmission. My car is running great and I didn't need to shell out $3500 for a new transmission. Stay away

Great experience here. this place really stands out when it comes to customer service. I felt that my satisfaction was their number one concern at all times. Pleasant waiting area without the smell associated with walls full of tires. They even provided a loaner car when the repair took a little longer than anticipated. I am a completely satisfied customer and I highly recommend this facility for your auto maintenance and repair needs.
