I opened my State Farm agency after working for State Farm in claims for nearly 20 years. While working in claims, I was given the opportunity to help people get through some of they most challenging times in their lives: from car accidents to storms, State Farm was there to deliver the promise of being a good neighbor by helping others.
My desire to help others and become a trusted resource to the community I service drove me to agency. As a State Farm agent, I can help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. I worked with David Teel to switch my car insurance to State Farm and it was as smooth and painless as the process could be. I was shopping around for car insurance and actually called Geico first, their system was down and I was told they would call me back when it came back online.
I kept calling around and found these guys, David helped me and went above and beyond with his service, making sure I got the best quote available.
I still wanted to hear back from other agencies, but David was trustworthy, showed great concern, and made felt extremely comfortable giving my business to this agency.
So, fast forward, I didn’t answer the Geico call, I don’t know if they would’ve giving me a better price but that didn’t

I spoke to tavia today and she was more than outstanding... She explained things that others try to explain and couldn't explain and she explained it to the t... She told me she was going to call me about her an issue later on I was thinking maybe this weekend or Monday but she got back within 4 to 5 hours with the complete answer for everything that I had a question for in the beginning so she's more than amazing... I am glad that I spoke with her today because who knows I could have still had all type of questions like I did and was ready to change services but thanks to her I'm going to stick
