It has been invaluable during some major changes in my life to have someone give me the means to regulate stress. I appreciate having a Life Couch who can give tools for me to use with my relationships. I have been able to make changes to my communication with her advice and support.

If you need an excellent Life Coach, Angela Hayes is the one for you. She has helped me when my life was in shambles, she helped me through a split with my husband of 25 years and an attempted suicide. When I was on my own she helped me figure out the things I would need to make it on my own, and when I decided to go back to my husband she was there for me to help me make a good decision as to weather to go back and the conditions I would need in order to go back.I don't know where I'd be today if it hadn't been for her.
