I had an entire farm and livestock without water on a holiday and this incredible dude decided to pack his truck and drive two hours out of his way to come help me out even though his family was waiting for him at home. Unbelievable. There is still some good in the universe.

We needed the water line location verified in preparation for a swimming pool installation. Robert responded within 24 hours, located and marked the line which then needed to be moved to accommodate the pool location. Robert and his team completed the job within one day! They marked the location of the new water line and even provided pictures of the line in the trench for us to share with the pool company. We highly recommend Premier Water Service!

Wolfords (now Premier) installed my well pump and water system years back and the only problems I’ve ever had is the part failing which isn’t the company’s fault. I’ve had them out twice and both times they’ve been extremely helpful, informative, and fair with their pricing. They’re a small company and it shows because they actually care about their customers. Call them! You won’t regret your decision.

This company installed our new well at our home in 2013 when they still drilled wells. We have called upon them several times since them for other needs. Great company, nice people and easy to work with.

My well died at 5pm on a Friday. Premier was the only company to pick up the phone. They had Lester to my house by ~8pm and he was able to extract the old pump despite broken/jammed/tangled wire, rebuild the hose and wiring, install a new pump and have me running by 10:30pm. Excellent service, very professional install. I highly recommend you give these guys a call if you have any well or water issues.

Premier water service is top notch. Nearly impossible to find this type of quality service, knowledge, and honesty. This is the second time I've contacted Robert at Premier Water Service to resolve an issue. The first time he helped me to resolve an issue with my sodium chloride tank, the second was to resolve the feeder pump that had lost prime. In both instances, not only did Robert resolve the issues, but he took the time to educate me on how the system worked (this is my first time owning a house on a private well/septic). Can't say enough about this company, management, and personnel.

As I understand it, Premier Water Services is now owned by the long-time Operations Manager of the old Wolford Well Co (which was also well-respected), just changed names. Regardless, the new owner, Robert, is a 10-star technician. He is also honest, accountable, and reasonable. What sets him apart is his integrity, especially in an industry that could easily take advantage of dire situations. The collection of 5-star reviews are warranted. I wouldn't hesitate to call if you're having a Water Well issue; you likely won't do better. His knowledge, equipment, and customer service are hard to beat

We have an older well system and called 5 companies to get estimates for a new pressure tank. Robert was the most knowledgeable about our system and was by far the best price. They arrived on time for all appointments and were great about explaining everything to us. After dealing with a couple of other companies I'm very excited to have found Premier and will be using them for all our future repairs.
