The benefits of utilizing phototherapy devices instead of sunlight include: 24 hour treatment, greater efficacy by narrowing the spectral range to 430-490nm, improved temperature regulation, and the elimination of harmful UV irradiation to the patient from sunlight exposure.
Hello Christy and JaQuetta, I just wanted to send you an email to thank you for making the process of getting my breast pump so seamless. I received my Medela set today and I could not be happier. Thank you so much Brigitte for your prompt assistance. Initially I made the mistake of contacting another company before Neb Doctors of Maryland and it was so difficult just placing the order.

Terrible. I had to take my son to urgent care on Christmas Day after he was struggling to breath. I was given a piece of equipment to help with his breathing and it was NEVER mentioned that it wouldn't be covered by insurance despite being told that the visit was covered. When I received the bill, it said self pay on it. I called in and they told me they didn't have my insurance information so they added all that in. Two months later after no other contact (AND no claim ever showing up on my insurance detail), I received a letter from a debt collection agency. I called back and they told me the

We ordered a breast pump through insurance from Neb Doctors of Maryland. Baby came early and they overnighted the pump for us. When we got home from the hospital and opened it up, one part was broken. This is happening during the Covid19 pandemic. We were offered the chance to go pick up the part, have it overnighted, or dropped off to us. We didn’t want to leave our house. One of the workers went out of her way home that day to drop off the replacement at a gas station right next to our house. We had a wonderful customer service experience with her! We offered her gas money for being so kind

Was given an overpriced nebulizer by family physician. I looked up the exact nebulizer on Amazon and it was 1/2 the price- Same unit. WOW. How do these people stay in business. It was needed and pushed on my wife from her doctor. She was not given the opportunity to look for more affordable medical equipment. Thank you for affordable health care. It drives the price up of basic items

I have used Neb Doctors twice (in 2014 and 2020) to get breast pumps through my insurance. Both experiences were great for me.
Although I had a good experience the first time, I inquired with other companies the second time. Upon review of those, Neb Doctors proved to be the better route. My current pump, the Spectra S1, cost me $0 based on my insurance. Had I gone with a more popular company shared in many mommy groups, I would have paid a $60 upgrade charge.
I have zero complaints about the process! I was even able to get some mommy postpartum support clothing to help get my body together!

Fraudulently used my insurance information to bill for a nebulizer and treatment that I never received. Reported them to my insurance company so they can claw back the money and prosecute these criminals. Absolutely horrific people.

Please do a quick google search of nebulizers before ordering. They billed insurance $300, their cash price is $125, but you can find the same nebulizer online for $45.

I wish i had seen other people’s reviews before accepting the nebulizer machine for my kid from pediatricians office. I google the price for this specific nebulizer and the official website has price of 56dollars. They charged my insurance of almost 300 dollars and i end up with 70 dollars bill, although not much but this is not right. I am going to pay for my mistake for not researching before accepting, but be aware, this is not the legit company.

My wife went to a Righttime clinic where my son was misdiagnosed with bronchitis. They told her to sign a piece of paper and handed her a nebulizer (from Neb Doctors) we didn't need. I tried to return it the next day but was told their was nothing they could do because the insurance claim had already been made. When I called Neb Doctors I was told not to worry as my insurance company would pay for the device. Then I got a bill for $86.
They billed my insurance company $303 for a device that can be purchased at Walgreen's for $50. What a scam.
