I really was impressed by the speed here. I was in and out in no time. However, here is a warning: given that we are still living in a global pandemic, I was really alarmed when the person who was doing an inspection on my car was mask-less while in my car and when he walked over to me to bring me my keys inside. As I drove off, I grew wary thinking that the air I was breathing in my own car may not be safe. So while their timing is fantastic, I do not recommend going here at this particular time as our cases are starting to increase again here in Houston. They are entirely too lax with their masks

I just got back from getting my oil changed here. The receptionist was very sweet and they got me in and out in less than 30 mins during lunch time which is a miracle. I'm used to waiting at least an hour, so I will be going back for any other service in the future. Be sure to look at their website for coupons.

Took car there to have tires mounted and balanced. Noticed one missing wheel cap and asked to have it back. Tech claims there was never one there even though I had just looked while I was there to check to make sure all four wheel locks were in place prior to handing over the keys. They just denied it. Will never come back

I've been going here for three years now since moving to Second Ward. I've never had a bad experience. They're attentive and communicative and even more important, I trust them. I've recommended this shop to friends who in turn have gotten their vehicles fixed here. You can't put a price on integrity. I guess the only criticism I can think of is they are often swamped with cars (although wait times are pretty standard.) Hopefully one day they're able to expand with their expanding customer base.

I've been taking my car here for about a year and a half now and so far it's been great. They're honest, helpful, and will do what they can to fix issues or service vehicles, and do it correctly. If they do make an error, which is rare (has never happened to us), they admit it and do what they can to fix it instead of arguing or trying to pretend like they didn't do anything wrong like most places. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is right down the street from where I live and I had no idea if they were going to be any good. But one morning I woke up and my car was on the ground because of a flat tire so I had to get somewhere close and this was it. The guys were so sweet to me-they filled up my tire and didn't say a word about charging me, and when I needed an inspection and I went back because they were so nice to me. Luis did the inspection and then he gave me free windshield wipers which I needed desperately at that time.

Had a blown tire from a pothole downtown go figure. And at the most inopportune time. :( This was the closest tire shop and thank goodness for that. They didn't have my size however Luis was cool and accommodating. Went to grab one for me! The staff and service are top notch. I'd go back in time of a tire crisis for sure!

I love this place! It is the only place i go to and i have sent all my friends here. I will never go to another mechanic. They are the best in the business. They care about the customers and they respect your time which is so important to me. Now that they sell tires and do inspections, I will never need to go anywhere else!

This shop is my go to for my Porsche. They can't fix everything but the basics like , oil, tires, gas tanks, axel , anything that they do not have to pull the engine out. They can freaking do it. They fixed a problem relating to my gas tank for under 150$ at the other store they were asking 150$ just to get a quote. I LOVE this place, everyone is respectful and very nice and communication is excellent . They never try to steal yr money like these other mechanics. They are not just a tire shop! Go here!

Not happy at all brought my jeep here get my motor done and radiator. When I left the premises I couldn't get it going. The gears were all jacked up. Never had a problem they weren't in proper gear. Took it back the first day then week 1/2 later letting know my vehicle wasn't driving as before the motor my jeep would no longer reverse. Never had a problem with the transmission before period. In the first place they kept promising my jeep one day to the next. They kept telling me it would be ready tomorrow for a dam week. I should of known then something was wrong. Even when I called
