If I could give less than one star I would. I phoned to ensure that someone would be there until the POSTED HOUR of 6:00 p.m.
I left work early to arrive prior to six, arrived at 5:50 PM, the doors were locked the employees inside looked at me through the window as I knocked then turned around continued their conversation with each other and did not even acknowledge my presence. Unfortunately I will now never used any of the services they offer, even if it means I have to drive to the next town. I'm a Beacon resident and I am so happy that I have discovered Accuprint. My business is online retail and they simplify fulfilling my orders. Time doesn't permit my packing and shipping each item. They're wonderful and extremely helpful. No ridiculous overcharging like the UPS Store. Packing materials are all reasonably priced. I am extremely grateful for there presence on Main Street.

I just brought a package to large for me to the shop that I could not carry from my car which was parked a ways away. I was hoping to find somebody passing by to help but finally got cold so went into the shop to explain my dilemma. A wonderful young lady behind the counter came out without her coat on the cold day came to the car and took my package back to the shop. What a relief she was great thank you so much her name is Alberta by the way.

It's a small shop but they do UPS packaging here and that's what we needed today. My colleague needed to send two packages and the young man working the counter was speedy and efficient. Sure, the price was high but that's up to UPS and not the local shop.
They have printers and copiers and some mailing supplies and a computer available for rent.
There is street parking.

If you were in this shop yesterday, you may have been annoyed by a skinny, dressed-in-too-many-layers, exhausted looking Asian lady trying to wrangle an ENORMOUS cardboard box which took up the entire walkway of this little shop... and if you were, my apologies!
As annoying as that may have been for you, please know that this haggard Asian lady was *just as annoyed*, if that's any consolation.
BUT! You know what made everything all better? The amazing customer service, low prices and endless patience of the lady who was working behind the desk. This place is a godsend.

I love this place. I've been here a number of times to take care of small things and they are always friendly and ready to help. It's my go-to for all the annoying stuff you need to do when sending stuff and it's a lot more full-featured than the post office, not that I hate the Beacon post office or anything...this place is just easier.

Superlative service in the heart of Beacon, NY. Hands-on, friendly, attentive owners who value their customers with excellent service. I've been using Accuprint Pack 'N' Ship since I moved to Beacon the start of 2018 and am now a devoted client. No more long lines and even longer turn over project completions from Staples for me! Accuprint Pack 'N' Ship treats me like my projects are important and my time and money matter. Customer Service Can't Be Beat! Family owned and operated business in Beacon who took the time to educate me on how to have my luggage shipped to my hotel (I am disabled and can't manhandle luggage) and they showed me how to get it done at a good price (through UPS). Because I and the hotel were willing to have the luggage shipped a few days earlier than my arrival, I saved $20.00! DEFINITELY will use them again for ALL my shipping needs!!

Called the place to find out if what i want to print can be done because most professional places including staples said they didn't know how to do it or couldn't get it done same day. It would have been a far drive just to be told that what i want can't be done for today. When i called the lady tried to rush me off the phone without really hearing what i had to say. Then when i kept trying to explain she asked me to hold and i can hear her having a conversation with her customer about personal things (nothing important just how's the fam and everything) then the lady comes

This place is how most businesses should be. Personable, helpful, competent. They are super friendly and are willing to give their imput to help you out with any printing, scanning services you need. I went in there with a tall order a few weeks ago, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I left more than satisfied!
