Air Cargo Freight Please have your AWB # and note that some air carriers tracking is not the most reliable. If the tracking is not working, note the destination contact information on the carriers site and contact the destination terminal. Service locations may include terminals from which we originate domestic and international freight shipments or pickups or retail establishment in proximity to our originating terminals to whom we direct customers requesting services that we do not provide out of our freight terminals such as parcel shipping services, mailbox services, packing materials, storage services or truck rentals.
Service to sparsely populated or remote areas will involve moderately higher transportation rates;. Service is considered "door to door" which means that someone must be available at the destination to receive the parcels or shipment at the door of the residence, business or dock at warehouse. Parcels will be delivered at door.
These service are available on request, but most foreign nationals "self clear" their duty exempt personal property and arrange for local delivery from the port to their business or residence;.
