HAD MY 2007 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS TOWED TO BOBS AUTO SHOP BECAUSE MY CAR BLEW A ROD AND NEEDED A NEW ENGINE 2 YEARS. HE TOLD ME WHERE TO BUY A REBUILT ENGINE WHICH I DID. IT TOOK ONLY A FEW DAYS FOR HIM TO GET IT, INSTALL IT, CHECK OUT THE COMPLETE SYSTEM AND WAS DONE IN A FEW DAYS. CAR DRIVES AND RUNS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT! GREAT FAST EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HE HAS SET ME UP A CALENDAR WHEN TO BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE. I HAD BOUGHT A NEW CHRYSLER 300 WHEN MY MERCURY BLEW THE ROD AND THE MERCURY SAT IN MY YARD FOR 2 YEARS. Not easy to find an honest and fair as well as skilled shop these days. We've been very happy with our several visits to Bob's shop. They're welcoming, knowledgeable, willing to discuss your problems and your options. My wife had a persistent parasitic draw in her Suburban. We were very nearly at our whit's end about it. They found the problem in an hour and everything is perfect now. We will continue to use Bob's.
