I was pleasantly surprised that they went ABOVE and beyond after my tire purchase!! Called the next day to ask what color I'd like my rims painted ( I didn't even know that was an offered service!!) I have always purchased tires from ALVAREZ when given a choice, and I will continue. Fair honest small town people!!!

Walked in and was totally ignored by two people... the receptionist and a tire guy. Tire guy was in conversation with a customer, though he could have at least nodded an acknowledgment of my presence, since I was standing 2 feet from him.
But the receptionist?
Just staring at her computer screen. Never ever even glanced my way.

While attending training in Paulden, I experienced a flat tire. The locals in my training class suggested Alvarez Tire, so I called them. They came out to my training site, had my tire replaced and I didn't even have to miss a minute of my training class! And their pricing for the tire and service was extremely reasonable! Outstanding value, service and follow through - I highly recommend!

I got a flat tire later in the evening and it was a fast leak. I stopped by another tire repair shop and they said they couldn't help because they were closing so I drove down to "Buy tires Wholesale" on my flat tire and I could see they were closed but they saw I was in need of help and had nowhere else to go. They had been closed for an hour and were still willing to help. This wasn't a matter of money because it was a patch job, this was a matter of someone willing to help. These are the type of small businesses that are willing to go the extra mile for people and these
