You are required to provide Management with desired breed, weight, age, immunization, & vaccination records. Upon Management approval, an additional deposit of $200.00 per cat and $400.00 per dog is required, as well as a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat and $55.00 per dog. Two animal maximum. Breed and weight restrictions apply.

They scam you when you move out, charging as much as they can to get as much out of you as possible. They will completely replace carpet even though it's clean. They will paint over everything and charge you thousands for it. This is probably the worse out of all the places I've rented over the years. They will scam you, choose other places and avoid this at all cost. There is also a lot of noise, from drilling, hammering, grass cutting every other day.

WE LIVED THERE FOR A YEAR PUT UP WXTRA 2000 SECURITY DEPOSIT.HAD ISSUES WITH ROACHES,WATER LEAKS, HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING UNDER THE STEPS AND BATHING IN THE POOL ,SLEEPING IN THE POOL BATHROOMS ,POLICE THERE EVERY DAY AND NIGHT IF THAT WAS ONLY THE WORST PART! WHEN WE MOVED OUT WE HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH MANAGMENT ABOUT USING OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR OUR LAST MONTHS RENT.THEY AGREED AND SAID WE HAD 45 DAYS TO PAY ANY REMAINING BALANCE .OUR LEASE WAS UP IN NOVEMBER. WE MOVED OUT NOVEMBER 7TH PAID NOVEMBERS RENT,THEY CHARGED US FOR DECEMBER AND JANUARY!!!!THIEFS!!!!
