Caribbean Cove accepts two pets per apartment. All pets are to be brought to our office for a pet interview/approval before allowed to stay on the property. I guess it's a law in Anaheim that any hotel or apartment building must include a reference, however tenuous, to Disneyland. There's nothing Carribean about this apartment complex and it's not a Cove; more like a huge Cavern. That's not a criticism, just an observation. It's a big, Orange County apartment complex with a few palm trees in front.
Even if it fails on the fantasy level, it is an apartment complex not a hotel. So I'm guessing there's a lot more leeway in the theme and motif.

Run. Do not rent from here. There are a ton of different options in this price range, save yourself the horror that is this apartment complex. I’ve lived here for 2 years and did not have a positive experience.
It’s dirty, they don’t clean the apartment complex. There’s always bugs and roaches crawling around.
The apartment itself, they paint over the cabinets and drawers to the point where nothing closes or it’s impossible to open. You also have to rent a fridge which is wack.
Maintenance? Nonexistent. IF they show up to complete your request, they won’t even fully do the work correctly

I don’t understand where rent money goes. Apartments are constantly over flowing with trash. Nothing gets fixed. Flies and bugs everywhere. It’s 50 a month to get a permit for a parking pass( there is SO much space in the structure, very unnecessary) and if you can’t find parking (constantly crowded by joes Italian ice customers) you are forced to park in the structure where you will get towed WITHOUT EVEN A WARNING NOTICE. This place is without a doubt a sh*thole .

I highly recommend the oxtail plate. I met the owner of the restaurant, George, through a mutual friend and he really made us feel like home. The plate comes with plenty of rice and sweet plantain. Absolute balance of sweet, fresh, smoky, spicy, jerky, harmony.

My late spouse and I lived at Caribbean Cove from 2001 to 2016. I can honestly say I never had cockroaches or any type of bugs, except for an occasional cricket that would somehow get inside. Maintenance was relatively quick although by the time we moved we were literally living in a time capsule. We were there 15 years and the other apartments were updated a lot when people would vacate. Parking was never too much of an issue and they closed the jacuzzi and pool area at 10pm. When Joe's opened on the corner it did make the street parking a nightmare. The only real trash issue would be at the dumpsters

For the first year and a half, I had no issues whatsoever. When my water heater went out, they were able to replace it same-day. The ladies in the office are great people.
As for the bad, the security company they contract out seems more fixated on aggressively towing vehicles as opposed to stopping people from writing graffiti everywhere. You know, things a security company should actually care about.
I did end up getting roaches eventually, but never any bedbugs.

I live here for just 1.5 months, but my package was stolen 3 time! Although the usps and ups would deliver to the leasing office, sometimes delivery guy would just put package in front of your door. Then your item was stolen! Contact leasing office and they just saying some general things. I already decided to move out before lease ends. What is wrong with this community!

I see a lot of people talking about how there are roaches in this complex. I have lived here for almost 3 years now, my apartment has been pretty dang bug free. I have seen maybe 4 roaches total in my unit? I have always attributed that to normal city life and neighbors. Maybe some of you people complaining about bugs should try to keep your place a bit cleaner. Take your trash out, sweep your floors, clean your kitchen and you will have no issue!
