TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..I ordered a few different things from this lady's shop for my wedding flowers. I paid $220 on August 3rd and was told my flowers would be sent back to my address after 12 weeks. I called on the 13th week since I never received my flowers and she could not find my order all she had was the receipt. When I asked her for the tracking number she said she already threw it away and doesn't keep things on file too long..let me remind you this is only a few days to a week after she supposedly sent them out. I have tried reaching out and the only thing I get told is maybe someone

This flower shop is very unprofessional! My wife wanted to get her bouquet preserved and we paid and everything but they insist they sent it out, but do not keep the tracking numbers for their records. She then proceeded to hang up on my wife. And will not answer back when we asked politely for her to fix this. But they will not! Super classy 🤣 0 out of 10 I'd rather pick my flowers out of the ground. If you are having a special moment come up in your life please DO NOT GO TO FLOWERS FOREVER.
