Our primary focus is meeting the incredible demands of market customers. These menu items are generally available during the market season. Some are temperature sensitive and only offered during cooler days every Wednesday and Saturday. We also do our best to change our menu to take advantage of the Maine summer bounty.
Get your vegetables in these four layers of deliciously spiced carrot goodness. We generously cover each layer with Italian-style cream cheese frosting and sprinkle toasted pecans for good measure. We are a big fan of the crumb! Our crumb cake has a double batch of the chewy, crunchy cinnamon nuggets that sit atop a tangy vanilla cake.

How is it possible that there aren't hundreds of reviews praising this bakery? My wife & I just returned from the Cumberland Farmers Market where we decided to try Spun's cinnamon and sugar scones and the cinnamon bun. When we got home and tasted them, we thought we had died and gone to heaven. Moist and so flavorful. Our grandson, who doesn't usually like anything sweet (odd I know) said we have to go back for more. I can't wait to try the other items listed on their menu. Just incredible.
