We are searching for an additional Residential Superintendent for our office in Richmond, VA. We are currently seeking to fill the role of AP Specialist within our accounting department. Had Hurricane come out to do my fence about eight years ago. With that in mind, and seeing that I had just returned from a military tour across state lines...I thought “ya know, let’s call these guys out to help me readjust the gate, and seal some of my cracked footers”
As I am writing this, it’s been about four weeks since I’ve last called someone at Hurricane awaiting a call back...so here it is:

We conscripted the Hurricane Fence Company to come out and remove our old wood fence and replace it with a Vinyl one. Anthony Reda came out and was polite & Professional. Gave us a great quote and we signed up. Because we ordered a special color and because of the COVID we had to wait a number of months for the parts to come in. Jennie Belle the Residential Manager out of Richmond stayed in touch with us monthly and even sent us a Christmas card. When the parts finally arrived we were scheduled right away. On the day of installation the three man crew were on time. They went about their work in

Had a vinyl fence installed years ago. The job was so poor, that literally the next day I had to complain about the problems I was seeing. I was promised it would get fixed, and after 8 months of being ghosted I decided to drop it. The gates finally broke about 2 months ago, and I asked them to come out once again and help me make it right. Their rep confirmed several aspects of the install were done incorrectly, and promised to "get back to me real quick."
After being ignored again for 3+ weeks (including "oh I forgot, I'll call you right back!") they finally left me an insanely priced quote
