The only reason I will give them two stars is for what they used to be. Today we requested this company to build us a custom fence and the estimator said, his boss refuses to build a custom fence that we wanted built because of warpage. I believe custom, means custom or what the customer wants. That's customer relationship!!! The picture below is the type we wanted built and was denied a quote for building.

Just had Rosenbaum fencing come out and install fencing to around our AC units and trash cans. Other than the product installed, I do not recommend using this company. First off our contract stated a fence was to be installed up to a bush in our flowerbeds. They were not authorized to cut the bush and when I looked at it, they butchered it. Also, they threw the clippings of the bush into the woods without authorization. Also, the extra dirt was spread throughout my yard without prior consultation. To include filling in my trench that I maintain between my flowerbeds and grass in my yard.

Cannot fault these guys. From coming out to giving us a quote/consultation, to getting our fenced gate put in, they were quick, efficient and kept us well informed the whole way.
We heard about and saw in person all the work they've done at the AFB. So at the end of the consultation, we put a deposit down and within a couple of weeks (as per their timeline), the work was done - and done to a very good standard too.
The price came to about the same amount my husband estimated to do it ourselves, as we put up our own fence, but as time was not on our side, we decided to call in the pros

If you want only a wood fence, I can't recommend Rosenbaum enough. The wood fencing and 3' man gate they put in for me were great! However, I was misled about a metal 10' car gate that cost $400 more than a wood gate. I went metal because I knew it would be more sturdy. The sales rep told me it would open toward the front yard (swing out) and that the metal posts would be covered by pickets, making the gate appear indistinguishable from the rest of the fence from the front of the house. Instead, what I was given was a metal gate that opens toward the back yard (swing in), with
