We had our gutters done by American Dream a couple of months ago. The quote that we received included putting gutters on our out building. The gutters on the house were great. The gutters on the out building were awful. We referred our neighbor to them, our neighbors were told by Ryan, that he got taken on our job. After this comment, we completed a survey that was sent to us. Ben called my husband almost immediately and apologized and scheduled an appointment to come look at the gutters. He agreed with us that they were terrible and said he would come back in a couple of weeks to fix them. We

This week our gutters and downspouts were all replaced to a larger footprint...6" gutters with 3x4 downspouts plus gutter guards on all of it. BATHROOM RENOVATION NIGHTMARE!
We have never felt so taken advantage of and disappointed in a company’s work ethics. Everything went wrong – from the first subcontractor being unable to provide renovation work that is up to industry standards, to being overcharged, to numerous broken promised of delivery dates, to the company not cleaning up after themselves.
