Our goal is to provide comprehensive treatment to help intensive outpatient participants avoid hospitalization, prevent crisis and to help participants recover who have just been discharged from a hospitalization program. Offering mental health services including medication management in a "group therapy environment based on core model of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and emphasis on "wellness " strategies.

Services
Suburban Psychiatric Services offers mental health therapeutic services in a small group setting. Goal is for the participants to be able to function in a positive fashion on a daily basis and achieve a successful and fulfilling life. In addition to standard therapeutic methods, which form the core of our program, treatment is augmented by holistic wellness strategies aimed at integrating mind, body, and spirit.
Our staff utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to the provided treatment services. It includes highly experienced and trusted licensed clinical social workers, PhD and MD Staff. Dr. Ramnik Singh, MD brings in 20 years of experience in psychiatry providing assessment and medication monitoring.
Dr. Singh completed her internship at Nassau County Medical Center in Long Island, New York, followed by her residency in Psychiatry at Delaware Psychiatric Center.She currently serves as the Medical Director at Suburban Psychiatric Services.

Giving this place 1 star is generous. I decided to go to their 4-6 week 3 day IOP program after completing my 2 week 5 day program with the Orchards. Upon my arrival the reseptionist was very rude and pushy and ultimately told a bold faced lie that I cursed at her. They require you to see the psychiatrist every week, which if you have a co-pay like I do, you will have to pay that each week, which for me is $40 each week equaling $160-240 out of pocket because this is a 4-6 week program. The facility itself is looks to be dirty and unkept. I attended 3 groups and there were only 2-3 other people
