Medical professionals and their staff serving patients notwithstanding, this group puts its financial bottom line in front of patient care and relationship. The administration is petty and its policies, including $50 no show penalty, borderline usurious. Their Billing Manager's inexperience, insensitivity and bad judgement has caused the group a customer-patient... I will not go back. Also, be aware that if you decide to get labs and/or imaging done at their facilities, they will not release the results unless you make and pay for an appointment... it's like paying for "ransom". You are better

Be aware!!!!
Sense of urgency is non existent. Front desk staff is lazy and unwilling to help. I went in with left wrist pain. The pain had gradually increased. First appointment was a quick one. The follow up appointment was almost two months away. I was ordered multiple tests before seeing the Dr.
Like i said. If you have an urgent matter this is not your place. Folks here are laidback and want to do everything possible to increase co pay receivables.

Dr. J. Torres is an outstanding doctor. His staff is always pleasant and a lot of fun. I always look forward to my office visits. Dr. Torres is one of those rare doctors. He honestly listens to his patients, he shows deep concern, and the patient always matters to him and his staff. I honestly love this doctor and his staff. I would not go to any other PCP. Although I feel like I lost time by going to another PCP before Dr. Torres. I can honestly say I am very happy, completely happy with Dr. Torres and his staff. Finally I have now only the best 2 doctors I will ever need. Dt. Torres and my Surgeon

My family visits this heath center. My daughter goes to get treated for sports injury and myself. Clinic had made some 'good' changes recently prompt attention and care. I can't leave out Dr Santos she was awesome. They take their time to listen to what you have to say and that is important to me.
