I went in to have a piece of glass removed from my finger that was from an auto accident approx 4-5 months ago. I was taken back in a very timely manner by Nurse Jennifer who was simply amazing. Her bedside manner and care made the process a very positive experience. Abigail Evans was the practitioner who came in to physically remove the glass. Her patience and the way she explained the process as we went step by step also made what could have been a very negative process overall simply a great experience. Due to the glass being there so long it had scar tissue around it and was not easy to get

Overall bad attention and not the usual experience I have had. Wait time was 45 minutes before the nurse/doctor came in. The doctor asked basic questions then went to see my test results and took 30+ minutes to review. The nurse came in with prescribed medicine and a referral to a specialized doctor but I wasn’t done talking to the doctor. The doctor then came back in to tell me he was running behind and with other patients that had my same demographic. I felt horrible and uncared for.

I wish I could choose 0 stars. Since the new company took over it’s a total disaster. Yesterday I went there because I was feeling super sick. Maria at front desk told me I needed an appointment. It was 5:47, they close at 7pm, there was no one in the waiting room, no more appointments to take, absolutely no one waiting for the doctor, and she said no because they are not taking walk-ins anymore. So I assume they where going to be there until 7pm with nothing to do, or maybe watching Disney+ or Netflix. Today I called for an appointment and they told me nothing was available until next Thursday

Today, I needed to be seen for an abrasion on my foot. They were able to make an appointment that day. Eric was the nurse practitioner who I saw. He was professional and efficient. Tanya, the nurse, was professional and kind when I was a 40 year old wimp when it comes to shots. Ashley ALWAYS speaks to me and makes conversation with my 3 year old. They make going to the Dr a bit better! Thank you!

This place is fantastic! Everyone is friendly and attentive, and I never have an issue getting appointments. Chrysalis, Janice, and Jose at the front desk are always nice and great me with a smile. I had to come to Physical Therapy, so they even knew me by name and checked me in fast each time! The PT staff is absolutely fantastic. Doctor Curry is phenomenal. I was misdiagnosed with an illness by a previous doctor, but she ran the correct tests to show that I never had that illness! I'm very grateful for this place.

Great service, clean facility, wonderful staff! Thank you, Janice, Oscarie, Dr. Ellis and I didn’t get the lady name that took my vitals. Special thank you to Jose and Gigi for their prompt, professional service and for going above and beyond to accommodate me. Wish it was an in and out like this with other medical facilities too! Continue to deliver superb service.

The staff are all awesome. Every time I go in their they all always have a smile on. Grace Ashley and Brittany are always very helpful, honestly they are the only reason that I even go to the clinic if it was not for them I wouldn’t even go.

Great work! Had a workers comp walk-in visit. Dr. Ellis was very kind and professional. Kept me informed, didn't keep me waiting for more than a few minutes. Got my eye flushed and feeling better. Great front office staff too!

This clinic is always full. They never have availability when they're most needed. The best part of an urgent care is that they take walk ins, well not in this clinic. The courtesy call after the visit is a joke because if you tell them that you're not feeling better they tell you to call again and make an appointment. Um why not just make the appointment while I'm on the phone with you? Noel has given me and a family member the wrong diagnosis on several occasions. I don't know why he's still there. I only keep going there because I don't have the money to pay the hospital or a clinic every time
