It was easy to make an appointment via text with Daniela for my daughter's haircuts. She was great with my kids and is professional, very skilled at precisely cutting the delicate hair of children while conversing with them in an age-appropriate manner - not easy to do, let's be honest! She maintained Covid protocols while still being personable. We will be back.

Always a great experience! Daniella (owner) has been cutting our kids' hair since they were born. Our kids absolutely love going.
There's plenty to do while they wait - foosball, toys, and books. The kids always fight over what video they want to watch while they get their hair cut.
I would definitely recommend this place - it's located within The Livery. Just a heads up, she takes cash only.

Not sure how this women is in business? When we first arrived she asked us to pick out a movie to watch. We then started to look through the vhs tapes in the cabinet, within moments we hear her say "I said dvd not VHS" in a stern voice. It caught our attention but we didn't think much of it. As my daughter proceeded to sit in the chair the lady began running her fingers through her hair. She said "there's too many knots, what mommy couldn't brush your hair before you come here"? I was Not only embarrassed but somewhat irritated. I simply explained we came straight

We took my son here who is absolutely terrified of people and hates haircuts.. like screams bloody murder he hates them so much and every experience has been so awful for us but we thought we'd give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. Daniella is SO fast, my son liked the car he got to sit in, he got to pick his own movie and she gave him an awesome haircut with no tears followed by a lollipop. He also really enjoyed the train table while we waited for his appointment.
Getting an appointment was easy, all we had to do was text and set something up.

I called and left a message, as well as texted (the VM says you can also text the # for an appt), and sent a message via Yelp to see if I can get an appt for my daughter's first haircut next week. No answer, no response. Finally I blocked my # and called, and she then answered and told me she was closed for spring break next week. How hard is it to respond to a text and tell someone that?

Daniella was great with my 1.5 year old son who screamed the whole time! I have read other reviews that says she's not and had a totally different experience. However, when making my appointment I did let her know that I had a young child who doesn't do good with haircuts and would probably scream the whole time. So she made arrangements and scheduled extra time for our appointment and had props to help him. She did a great job and my son didn't like it but after they spent a few minutes playing at the train table.
She did a fabulous cut and the price was right.

What a great spot! Not only did Danielle work really hard to find a spot for my little guy before the holidays, she did a great job with him. At 11-months, this was his first haircut and I wasn't sure how he would do, but she handled it like the pro she is. The style wasn't what I had gone in wanting, but she convinced me easily enough. And I love how it turned out! Will definitely be back.

My 6 year old son's haircut turned our amazing! Daniella helped me pick a style that suited him. My son has been scared of getting haircuts, but Daniela was able to calm him down and talked him through every step. She was very patient and kind to him. The end result was an awesome haircut and a happy little boy! Her attention to detail was meticulous. I would highly recommend Daniella to anyone wanting an awesome haircut for their child!

Daniela worked around our schedule to do a 6pm appointment. My child was a first-timer to a hair salon and refused to go on with a hair cut. Daniela had patiently work to convince my child that hair cut was nothing but a fun activity. At the end, she enjoyed the experience and looked forward to her next appointment.

Yikes. Took my 3 year old here to get his beautiful long blonde hair trimmed up. I said I wanted it shorter in the back and longer in the front. Daniela told me that's not a haircut. Huh? Against my better judgement I let her cut it after showing a picture of what I wanted. Bad bad idea. I left crying. It was AWFUL. A week later I took him to Dalila at 2550 Salon to fix it and it's a BILLION times better. Never coming here again!

Is there a ZERO star option? ... What a HORRIBLE woman Daniella is. Took my 11 month old for his first hair cut. Immediately she says "hi, you have 15 minutes, sit him there" she turns around and gets a DVD.
First of all, he's 11 months jn a new place w a new person. Give him a minute and treat him kindly rather than rough handling the cape on him which scared him - he's only a BABY.
She proceeds to cut his hair, practically scolding my very sad and nervous baby. She was millimeters away from a sharp edged scissor poking his eye. He got afraid and wailed. She huffed and

Daniela is the owner and operator of this cute salon. It is definitely designed for kids and young teens, with various games and movies available to keep waiting siblings busy, a definite plus for parents with multiple kids.
We have 3 kids and have been going to Daniela for years, back when her shop was in San Ramon and conveniently close to our home.
Admittedly, when she moved to Danville we tried to find a new San Ramon location purely out of convenience. We tried several places with various (good and bad) results.
What really separates Daniela from all

I brought my daughter in to have her very long hair trimmed and bangs trimmed.
I got a little lost in the complex. When I say a little I mean A LOT. I have no excuse being that I live in Danville. What can I say.
She was so sweet and talked me though step by step how to find her place. I arrived late and she took me right in.
She was so kind my little girl and gave her the best hair cut so she's ready for summer! It was such a comfortable atmosphere!

Daniella was amazing! We brought my 24 month old son in with some wild hair and she tamed it into an adorable cut in 10 minutes. Literally. She was so sweet, patient and talked to him the whole time. I was worried he wouldn't cooperate but she was so fast and his squirms didn't phase her one bit. He loved sitting in the jeep and she even played a movie for him. Such a sweet woman, we will absolutely be back again.
