Body contouring with cupping is an ideal alternative to other invasive techniques. Many people would like to have body contouring but aren't keen to the idea of what it entails. Cupping is an ancient technique used to give massages and is widely used for massage as well as body contouring today. It's a simple yet effective technique without the risk that other procedures cause.
When applied by our skilled technicians they will look completely natural, only much longer and fuller. They will feel like your own eyelashes. We do not count lashes, we will add as many or as few as needed to create the right look for you. When properly applied and cared for, your eyelash extensions will last for four to six weeks.
All of our facials utilize our specialized ultrasound scrubber for deep cleansing and extractions. If you have a pace maker, please let us know up front and we would be happy to make accomidations. Designed for those who don't have a lots of time, but need to look your best for an special occasion, This 35-minutes facial exfoliates and rejuvenating using special products to brighten your skin, enhancing its natrual glow.
You can experience waxing with less pain if you prep yourself properly. Lucia's Health and Beauty advices customers to bathe 3 to 4 hours prior to their appointment. For those who are coming from the workplace or other locations aside from your home, then please use Feminine Wipes to clean the area thoroughly.
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us at least 24 hours notice before the start of your appointment to avoid a penalty. A 100% charge will be applied for the service(s) scheduled when our cancellation policy is not met. The cancellation notice can be given via text message or with our online booking system (if before the cancellation period).

Lucia is so sweet and did a fantastic job with my lash extensions. I've been looking for a new place to get them done and I was so impressed with Lucia's! The price was so much more reasonable than some of the other salons I had been looking at. The salon is cute and clean and I'm looking forward to going back for my next lash fill.

I get my eyelashes tinted here and the result is always great and lasts until the lashes start growing out. I’ve had lash tints done in salons and it was torture to try to keep my eyes closed! At Lucia’s they have you in a closed room, lying down with peaceful music playing. I’ve referred friends as well who loved the soothing cleansing process for getting the dye off. Parking is usually easy and booking online is the best!

She does the best micro blading eyebrows and the cheapest from what I've seen Soo far. Tell her Shabria (Shaa-brii-auh) sent you. I used your go to the Oakland location but the one is Fremont is newer and cheaper. I loooove Lucia she is nice and personable. Always smiling and does a good job with waxed eyebrows, upper lip, microbladed brows, natural eye lashes, etc.. She is just amazing honestly. I go every year to get my eyebrows microbladed 😊✨

I have been going to Lucia for years but today was the fist hair cut I ever got from her and I LOVE it! She was quick and confident. She listened to what and asked for and then made it happen. I have very fine hair and in the past it has caused problems for some stylists, so when I find someone who does a great job I'm loyal. Lucia has me for life.

Lucia and her team provide amazing service. I have been to many places and they are by far the best! Lucia does a great job of making you feel comfortable & relaxed. Of course any Brazilian will hurt, but they use hard wax that makes it fast & most importantly it lasts! Many chains sell you lots of products for your bumps and ingrown hairs, that's because they are CAUSING those problems. At Lucia's you won't need products, because they get it right the first time! I had an eyelash treatment at Lucia's Health & Beauty. It was a good decision for me. Now, my thin eyelashes look much better. Actually, they look fantastic now. The bigger eyelashes make my whole face look better. The shop is very modern and serene. Easy to get to, and parking was easy to find. The shop is located on the East side of Telegraph Aveenue as you approach downtown. The neighborhood is full of hip taverns and art galleries. The whole staff is very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

I have only great things to say about Lucia's. I've been a waxing customer for over 3 years and have had consistently pleasant experiences with the staff I've worked with (Michelle, May, and Lucia). Everyone who works there is always friendly and professional. They know what they are doing. The space is always clean. I've been elsewhere in the East Bay and can tell you that for the prices they offer, there is nowhere that comes close to this place.
