He received his Journeyman plumbing License in 2004, taught classes on blueprint layout and design and started his own Plumbing company all before the age of 24.

He has run major projects ranging from building high rises to project management on multi family developments. John was born and raised in Oregon, he left for a short time and took his skillsets to the Hawaiian Islands and Southern California.
