Went in to have a used tire installed on my vehicle , and to have a back tire repaired. After being told my vehicle was done I drove home only to be called back to the shop the next day because their technician repaired a badly worn tire that was to be replaced with a used tire , which in turn left a bad tire still on my vehicle and the rear tire was never repaired even though they said it was so 96 dollars later I still had to make a return visit to get my vehicle fixed properly , I will not use them again very un happy

Yesterday November 12, 2021 I had an appointment to get tires mounted, balanced and then to align the. But they didn't put my alignment on the order. So when they called me to say it's ready for pick up. I got there and I noticed that my alignment was still off. So I mentioned it the owner and he asked if I wanted to to the alignment later in the day or make a new appointment. So I just made a new appointment for the next day(that's today) Nov. 13, 2021 and I dropped my truck off 10 minutes before my appointment that was at 10am. And it's currently 2pm and all I have heard is that it's difficult

To start off with they are honest people, if they make a mistake they will own up to it without you having to ask them if it was their fault. Their work is done at a very reasonable amount of time. I've had them do brake lines wheel alignments and exhaust replacements. All in I didn't spend more than $500. They are very professional and prompt to call back. I would strongly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Our granddaughter's car needed an exhaust system repair to pass inspection for licensing reasons. The folks at Rob's were able to repair the exhaust for a very reasonable price and issue the inspection certificate. Pleasant and efficient employees. We will be coming back for other repairs in the future.

Went in for a flat tire repair. They said they could not find the cause but still charged me for the repair. Tire still kept deflating overnight. Took it to a different shop where they found a puncture that was causing a slow leak. Felt like they did not take the time to properly diagnose this issue. Would not recommend.

Mechanic did a great job putting on new tires. Ladies at front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a small issue with muffler. That got addressed and fixed as well.

Needed tires put on my car and purchased 4 used tires each tire was over half tread and every tire had a hole in the sidewall. My appointment was at 5:30 I'm still here and it's 645 had to go through all kinds of different tires to choose a tire that didn't have a hole in the sidewall. The guys putting tires on did great very kind and helpfull, but the girl named Ally was very rude and half way dumb like she has no clue what she is doing, plus was acting very stressed avoiding the phone calls and pacing around while sighing. customer service was a rip!!!! There was a bit of miscommunication with one of the front desk ladies while on the phone, but they still managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day. The gentleman that helped install my tires to my wheels and then put them on the car was friendly and professional. Also, I loved they complimented my vehicle as I left. Made my day. I will use them in the future.

Went in to get a used tire but they didn't have any in that size. Had to purchase a new one. The people behind the counter are far from helpful and they don't explain everything. When I got my new tire and left one of the ladies behind the counter called and left a real nasty message telling me that I didn't take my old tire. I wasn't told that I needed to take it and I thought the disposal fee as part of my bill. Avoid this place.

I had all four tires replaced in an old F150 this morning. The tires ran about $39 each and, including labor and tire disposal, my total bill was about $280. I had one of the first appointments of the day at 730. Office staff was great, albeit pretty preoccupied. I was able to select the tires I wanted and they swapped them out in an hour or two. No issues.
