Great service as usual. I’ve used Zohr numerous times and have never had a bad moment and they are always there at the time they say they will be there.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a tire installer and company. Zohr received my tires that i ordered from tire rack on 12/21/2021 at 10:45 am. I called and confirmed that they were there and was told by one of the employees that they were indeed there and was set up to schedule an appointment. I needed these wheels installed in a pinch and was willing to pay the ridiculous price for the convenience to get it done the following day while the truck was at another shop being wrapped. I’m very upset I can’t even get a partial refund for a tire that did not work or last 24 hours. The guy looked at my wheel and DID NOT tell me that my tire wouldn’t last now I’m out of a complete $188 during the holidays. No offer to make anything right in any way.. I’ve used this service 3 times and clearly repeat customer satisfaction is not something they take into consideration.

Second time I've used Zohr and they don't disappoint. First time I've bought tires through them as well. They beat the tire rack price by a decent amount. Tech was nice and professional, done in less than an hour.

FAST AND HONEST! We’ve used this company many times. Today, it was a dash warning of dangerously low pressure in two tires. I was out of town and assumed this would lead to purchase of 4 new tires for a 7 year old vehicle running orig tires. They worked with my partner and determined it was a computer error and reset the system. Tires are fine. Quick fix at a reasonable cost. All completed in the driveway.

Jake, from Zohr, came by in the rain while it was 46 degrees outside. He was polite, knowledgeable and very capable. This entire process is fantastic and so convenient. Would definitely recommend. Also, not any more expensive than taking it elsewhere and I think they people working on the car (Jake in this instance) seem far more professional. He was done in about 30 minutes.

I had 10 tire to mount with a range of wheel sizes, directional tires, and one set of tires to be left with me. Team did an awesome job. They were ahead of schedule, arrived at final time determined to be at my house, called ahead to confirm, professional, knowledgeable and finished all 10 tires In 45 minutes. My location was also outside their normal radius and they worked to get me taken care of. Excellent Service provided.

I reached out to Zohr earlier this week, not knowing what to expect, when my car got a flat tire... and I proceeded to drive 20 miles on it in shaky condition. I knew one option was call my automaker, get towed to the dealer, and wait hours there for the repair. I'd be fine waiting at the dealer if it was on my calendar, but flats are unexpected, of course!

Where do I begin with how happy I am with Zohr? I don't write reviews often but when I do it's typically because my experience was over the top outstanding or was really terrible. I am relieved to say Zohr is on my Top 5 list of best companies I have ever dealt with.

Amazing experience! Zohr had the exact same tires already on my car that I wanted to keep and they changed them in my office parking lot while I was at work! I didn't have to go anywhere like a retail tire shop and waste my time waiting hours on end in a crowded lobby. I would totally recommend Zohr to anyone who needs new tires!
