The crew was awesome! They were able to get a crew together at the last minute after a another company never showed. They were on time and did a great job. I would recommend them and will be using them again in six months when our new home is finished.

Move Crew quickly came back with a reasonable solution when they found the earlier volume estimate was too low. This was at peak moving season, and we much appreciate that. There were some minor scratches owing to inconsistent wrapping, but nothing major and I accept that as part of most moves.
If we were to hire Move Crew again, I would consider explicitly labeling wrapping instructions on items, so as folks rush to load, they would wrap more consistently (we have two similar file cabinets wrapped very differently, and one scratched owing to lack of wrap).

I'm done with Yelp. Move Crew got great reviews but apparently they must be from a bunch of friends and family posting to boost business.
The owner had me take her through my entire house via FaceTime and assured me she's done this reliably before. Either she has no idea how to estimate what's needed (which is her JOB) or her crew has no idea how to pack a truck. Either way, this whole experience was a fiasco and has postponed listing my house!
I moved from a Philly row home, NOT a mansion, yet the 26-foot truck was full with just the basement. EVERYTHING on my main floor was left

I hired these guys last minute when another company bailed on me. I called at 11 am and they were there at 1 pm. The coordinator was professional and the guys were polite while laid back. As someone who used a 30yd dumpster to clear out other crap, I thought the truck would be longer. Be sure you clarify ahead of time if you want an empty truck. Highly recommend.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy we were with The Move Crew!!! We needed a baby grand piano moved ASAP without spending a fortune. The Move Crew was first rate! The guys were friendly, intelligent, professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure our experience with them was positively the best! They took great care with our beautiful heirloom. I would definitely hire them again!!!

Used Move Crew today for my move from Delaware to South Jersey. The move couldn't have gone better. The movers came early, which I asked if they could. They broke down every piece of furniture and wrapped everything. Additionally the move with commute only took a couple of hours.
Sheena, was the woman that I spoke to. She set everything up for me and even called me after to make sure the delivery went well.
I will be using them again for my next move.

It's been a year since my last move. Without question, I hired the Move Crew again. The Move Crew handled logistically complicated move with ease and unexpected grace. We recently hired the Move Crew to move us out of our two bedroom apartment and our 10x13 storage unit. We moved into a stacked townhouse where our main levels are on the third and four floors. The crew moved quickly and efficiently out of the apartment.

The Move Crew conducted my move to Raleigh North Carolina. Sheena was amazing and stopped by my house to provide me the most accurate estimate. My movers were Pierre and Francisco. Both men arrived a few minutes early and immediately got to work; packing my kitchen as requested. The owner stopped by and greeted me to assured that my items were properly protected. It was a very intense move due to traveling so when I tried to assist both Pierre and Francisco told me no and that they were okay. My only two suggestion/ critique are they put my 'junk drawer' stuff on top of my flatware..

We moved 10 mins away between apartment and we are very unsatisfied with the way crew handled the move.
An item completely destroyed. Wooden King size bed cracked in few places/edges, dining table scratched, screws from bed missing.
The guys also dragged the mattress by holding on its cover on the ground that has made my mattress dirty and stretched out.
They did not have enough cushion to wrap some fragile furniture items, or TV. They borrowed my cartoon tape to wrap things (which was fine). We only had some which was not enough.
Overall, the price was okay but the service was Unprofessional
