For your convenience, someone from our practice will call or email you back to confirm the date and time you requested or offer alternative dates and times that accommodate your schedule. Furthermore, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered as a missed appointment, because this is a time frame allotted to the patient.

Amazing office! I take my son there since he was a newborn , the doctor personally checked him out since day 1! She has been awesome at responding every question I may have regarding my baby! She gave me confidence in caring for my baby. I trust In her and the crew. Appointments are always easy to book and the reminders are great! It’s great to be always received with a friendly team that makes me feel like they are family. Definitely go here if you like a family oriented workplace. Great choice 👍🏼

These doctors are the most horrible doctors ever they hired a former doctor there Mula or whatever his name is he was very rude disrespectful and didn't fill my high blood pressure medication or my blood thinners all because I was a old patient of his from a old clinic we didn't see eye to eye now they have him here denying ppl he doesn't like services the manager David is just as a good as the doctor he did nothing to get my medicine I wouldn't refer anyone to this clinic

My duaghter has had a few f/u appointments in the past months for several different complaints. I am happy to say that all her medical needs have been met. Dr. Arce and her Nurse practitioner have been really awesome in listening and providing excellent care to our daughter's concerns/complaints. I want to say that the front desk person ( Gloria) has been very helpful with any questions i've had in regards to appt's, cancellations, etc. The medical asst's have treated us with compassionate care and respect. We really do appreciate all services at Best Care Pediatrics!!

Great doctors! But one specific nurse Puerto Rican older lady had a bad attitude with me as a parents and my child! I wonder how many people are been mistreated by this person! The rest of the personal are great! Just patients be careful w this nurse! Next time I see the owner I will report this women ! She don’t deserve to be working for a great clinic like this one! She’s gonna bring bad reputation for this clinic.

The WORST pediatrics office! My daughter has had 3 different doctors at this office, where do all these "doctors" keep going?! Also the "doctor" prescribed my daughter a dangerously high dosage of iron that could have killed her! One of the nurses was giving a shot a placed the need right next to my daughter and then proceeded to catch an attitude when my daughter tried to grab it! Apparently the nurses here have no common sense or the many doctors they go through! So glad I switched my daughters doctor out of this crappy office!
