Have not had a good experience in a dentist office in a while, until today. Dr. Mueller and her assistant was awesome. They both were so helpful, which demonstrated they cared and I mattered. I know when it gets busy it’s easy to rush and fumble in certain areas with your patients. Nevertheless, the customer service was phenomenal. You both took time with me and was very passionate, It was appreciated. Thanks a lot ladies.

I’m very disappointed in this community based dental clinic. I went in to see the dentist and was told I needed an extraction. I insisted on have the missing tooth replaced with something immediately. I work in dental so I suggested an extraction and placement of a bridge. I was told to summit my insurance and come in with income info. I was giving an estimate and was told that the dr will contact me. Almost 3 months later and 2 doses of antibiotics Dr Carpenter called to inform me that they do not do bridges for Medicaid pt so they couldn’t do for me. I don’t have Medicaid and I informed

ShaNay and Dr. Carpenter were very professional. I totally dislike anything associated with the dentist. However this was a visit were I totally felt comfortable and an ease of anxiety. I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Carpenter made sure this process was painless and comfortable. I'm completely satisfied and happy to share my experience.

I received my COVID vaccine here and it was an excellent experience. Scheduling the vaccine on the call center line took about 10 minutes. When I arrived for the first shot, I was taken for the vaccine a few minutes early and moved through the paperwork phase and then the shot in minutes. The young man administering the shot was cordial, and I hardly felt a thing.
I was then shown to a waiting area where a nurse was present for the 15 minute wait. I appreciated having the nurse there. Friends who received their shots at pharmacies said they were told to walk around the store for fifteen minutes

I have been a patient at the dentist for the last three years and I would say that this is the worst clinic experience I have ever had. On my first visit there the only thing they told me is that I need all of my teeth removed and they asked me if my teeth hurt. My teeth did not hurt I was there for a routine cleaning but they wouldn’t give me one. When I had a cavity there was no talk of fixing it just pulling it out. But before you even get to the back to see a dentist you have to deal with the rude and unprofessional people at the front desk who act as if they have a clue. I am sickened by
