Services
Removing asbestos in a safe manner is Fibertech's #1 priority. Because we have an experienced EPA-Certified Project Designer in house, Fibertech takes the time necessary to plan projects to be completed in the most timely fashion using site-specific variances and relying on our own experience in the field.
Fibertech has 20 years of experience in the asbestos industry, completing over 1,600 projects proving to be a reliable and safe contactor. Fibertech's background in industrial hygiene and our focus on health and safety have set the foundation for a company culture that promotes employee and public safety.
Co-owner Patrick Haynes began his career in asbestos in 1992 when he worked as an asbestos air sampling technician while completing his Bachelors degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Pat and his brother, Jeff, assumed ownership of Fibertech in 1996 when it was just 5 months old, and they have owned Fibertech since.
Fibertech has been a key player in meeting an aggressive schedule allowing Douglas development to redevelop the 38-story tower into a mixed-use project with a focus on high technology tenant, creating a world class Technology Hub in the City of Buffalo in one of the most important buildings.
While Fibertech has already gutted over 80,000 square feet of space including the East Annex, West Annex, Lobby Area, Plaza, Basement, Sub-basement, and floors 7-23, we look forward to our continued strong relationship with Douglas Development on this site (including floors 25-38), as well as other projects throughout Buffalo such as The Buffalo Police Headquarters, Boulevard Mall and other buildings.

I've never went threw the company for anything. I was a tenant for pat and he is the scumiest landlord I've ever had. He refused to fix anything in the apartment but yet expected us to pay $900 for rent. We would be late on rent by a day and he would put a 3 day notice on my door. I am a single mom of 3, did nothing but work while the kids were in school and was behind on Bill's so I can pay for rent. I would message him to fix something and he would make excuses. I was promised a line for my dryer in the lease and didnt have one until the downstairs tenant moved out because he didnt want to pay
