Services
As a family, Paul Fletcher along with his wife Marion & sons Tom, Robert and Jim, all moved from Chicago in 1970 and headed out west to enjoy the beauty that is Colorado. Paul's knowledge of water wells and ground water date back to the early 1900's when he and his father T.W. Fletcher were drilling wells with a horse-drawn, steam powered drilling rig in Burnsville, West Virgina.
In today's fast paced world, we know how easy it can be to over look some of the little things that are so important - like water. Fortunately, that's the one thing we care about the most. We've stayed focused on servicing water wells across the Colorado front-range & surrounding areas since 1970. As important as water is, we're sure that if you have a problem we can help.
We've constructed shallow artesian wells that are only 50' deep to larger commercial wells that are over 1380' deep - as well as everything in-between. We have the ability to fabricate wells in an aquifer or in solid granite rock formations. With over four decades of drilling experience, we can design, construct and develope a water well to meet your particular usage and needs.

Tommy and Pete were lifesavers. When we needed a new well on our farm, they were on top of everything. They were easy to schedule, knowledgeable, and conscientious. They willingly shared their time and knowledge over the phone which made it easy to pick a contractor. They got in and out without any damage to the turf and retaining wall nearby. Great value in knowledge. They trouble shot a couple other line problems unrelated to the well. Top quality at a fair price!

All I can say is WOW!! From the very first contact I made with Tommy I knew these guys were the one for the job!! He was super helpful and took 30 min out of his evening to talk with me and explain my options and what was going on. He showed up early on our scheduled day and got The job done fast and efficient. Him and Peter showed extra care when pulling my pump to make sure and not break it due to the circumstances from prior installation. We came back from a trip to a worst possible scenario of no water, showers or toilets. A call to Fletcher Drilling was answered quickly and they provided coaching for easy fixes to electrics or obvious repairs over the phone. We greatly appreciated this effort to get us back on line quickly.
Unfortunately, the problem required a more extensive well pump repair - not unexpected after almost 30 years. The guys came out the next day exactly on time and efficiently repaired and serviced our complete water supply system at a competitive price. We highly recommend Fletcher Drilling

We did not have any water and Tommy was able to come the same day that we called. He arrived as scheduled and was able to troubleshoot and replace our pump the same day. He and his helper were very thorough. He quoted a price over the phone, which was lower than two others that we had gotten over the phone that morning and he stuck to that price. I would highly recommend Fletcher Drilling for you well pump repairs.

Fletcher Drilling is the original driller of my private well. They have replaced the well pump today and we found out that the pump is the original one which means the pump is in service for more than 30 years. The fact that it is still working shows the parts that Fletcher Drilling uses are high quality and has excellent reliability. Having the pump replaced is a preventive action after the fuses were blown once recently which was fixed quickly after Fletcher Drilling's quick and clear text instruction. Fletcher Drilling staffs are friendly, professional, reliable and pleasant to talk to. Definitely

Fletcher drilling is AMAZING! You don’t find companies like this one very often. Our water went out on a Sunday. We are on a well. We contacted Fletcher Drilling to try to get a repair. They couldn’t have been friendlier. They said that we could try to change the fuses in the electrical box prior to them coming out, if we wanted to. They told us how we could check that and change those. Lucky for us, that fix got our water back on. We will for sure use Fletcher Drilling for any work we need to have done in the future on our well or well system. Thank you!

Our family needed help fast when our well shut down! Fletcher drilling was out to our farm within hours. They did a thorough diagnosis of the issue and installed a new well pump. My house has been relying on Fletcher Drilling since 2002 replacement of my first pump. Tommy and his crew know what they are doing--they were able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem rapidly, with same day replacement of the pump. They are professional, polite, and very responsive, especially given that they are super busy and in high demand. My advice would be if you're on a well, educate yourself about how it works, possible impacts, and so forth so you're better prepared than I have been (have been--I'm getting smarter now!). Highest recommendation.
