I've been blessed to work in an industry I love for 49 years and even more blessed to have operated Barnhart Pump Company for 37 years.
I know these blessings come from God and God alone and I don't take that lightly. My wife, Melinda has been right there with me and I could not have succeeded without her support.

Barnhart Pump Company was founded by Steve Barnhart in 1983 as a small Colorado-based family business. Today, the company is run by Shellie and Brad Costain, Steve's daughter and son-in-law. Excellent customer service from the phone call to the office to request help with our pressure tanker our pump. At the time I was not sure what the problem was. The Office lady Julia, was very nice and set up our appointment for the service team to come out, she explained the service call price and that 2 guys with a fully equipped truck would be coming to our house. We received a phone call letting us know they were 10min. Out on the day of our appointment.Which was in the time window we were given. Jeff and Eric came up and introduced themselves and listened to what we had to say about our water

Our home water well failed without warning. We called Barnhart Pump Company and explained the situation. They had a team at our home within a couple of hours, pulled the old pipes and pump discovering a broken pipe near the pump causing a leak. We had them replace the old pump and check valves because they were over 20 years old. The Barnhart team professionally completed everything. They answered all of our questions and they were very easy to work with and it was comforting to know that the water level in our well was stable. I highly recommend them.

For the second time in about five years we use Barnhardt pump company and we’re extremely pleased with her professionalism they are thoroughness and their quick response. We were really in a pickle until they were able to drop what else was on their plate to help in emergency repair lately. Our water went out this morning the day before Christmas Eve. After trying to trouble shoot it ourselves we called Barnhart for help. They were very quick and responsive. Josh and Allen came out to help. They quickly and professionally diagnosed that our pump had quit. After a few short hours we have water again. They talked through all the issues and possible solutions with my husband and I. Highly recommend! If issues happen in the future they will be our first call!

Two technicians arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They performed service maintenance on the water well tank; pressure valve; and general check of the system to ensure functionality. Only negative comment would be the hourly price of $250/hour for the type of services rendered.

Wonderful company. Prompt, friendly and nice to work with. We had first scheduled with another company who didn't even show up on time or extend a courtesy call nor did the office answer calls when I tried to call numerous times. Instead they just showed up 5 hours later of which I had already rescheduled with Barnhart Pump Company. So glad I did.

We were experiencing high volumes of sediment and their technicians came out to assess the issue. After some testing, they determined our pump needed to be raise and since then our system has been working perfectly. The two workers who came out were clean, communicated well, and were professional about everything. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Brad agreed to come out and give us a second opinion regarding our well system within a day of calling him. We had been told by another company ( well known in the area) whom had recently inspected it that we had a problem with our well tank and needed to repair it ( of course they gave us a quote to fix it themselves!) despite the fact that we noted no issues whatsoever in our home well water system even with heavy recent usage.

We highly recommend Barnhart Pump and thank the great people that work hard to take care of their customers. After a call to Barnhart Pump Co. regarding a loss of pressure, Ed and Dallas pulled over 1000 feet of pipe to discover a factory defect in the pump. They and their crew replaced it and had our water back on after a 14 hour day in 40 - 50 mile an hour winds. Our pump was only 1 1/2 years old and It was under warranty. Mark, the general manager told us they would take care of us and that's exactly what happened. Honesty...what a beautiful thing.
