My name is Jennifer. I founded Made With Love Not Gluten Bakery after a lifetime of baking. I hold a bachelor's degree in health sciences from Lebanon Valley College and doctorate in physical therapy from Shenandoah University. Before opening the bakery in 2012, I was a licensed physical therapist.
My grandmother inspired me to bake even as a little girl. She taught me everything she knew. Even today, people in my hometown remember her delicious saffron rolls and traditional English pasties. Grandma taught me to enjoy baking and that is the love that I put into everything I bake. Grandma always loved visiting my bakery, and I am thankful she got to see it grow before she passed away in 2016.

Services
We start each day with our best selection of gluten free goodies, breads, and pastries, but items do typically sell out throughout the day. If you have your heart set on something specific, we suggest calling in and requesting that we hold them for you. We hold items for same day pickup only. We open Tuesday though Saturday at 8 a.m.
Whether you are looking for a cake or a selection of cupcakes or desserts, we will work with you to tailor everything to fit your event and your personality. Our prices start at $4.50 per serving for a custom cake, $3.00 each for cupcakes, and $1.75 to $2.75 each for individualized desserts. These prices include basic decoration and delivery within our delivery area.
We are located in beautiful, downtown Mount Joy on the south side of Main Street between Barbara Street and Marietta Avenue. We are a block from the Mount Joy Amtrak station with free street parking (in front) and lot parking (in back off of Sassafras Alley). We open Tuesday though Saturday at 8 a.m.

Absolutely amazing! I've been facebook following this business since I saw them at a GF Expo and finally made it to the shop. My son, who has celiac, was ecstatic that he could literally have anything there and it be safe. I think we bought almost one of everything in their case! Thank you for making such delicious and gf items, I will absolutely be back soon!

MWLNG provided us with a delicious and beautiful wedding cake (my non-Celiac husband keeps asking when we can order more!) and Jen could not have been easier to work with - she even shipped us a tasting package since we live a while away from where we were getting married. Our guests thought the cake was so delicious that they told one of our Celiac friends that they didn’t think he could eat it! We had to reassure him and smuggle him some later :)

I ordered a cake from Made With Love Not Gluten for my wedding. It was by far the best cake I've ever tasted including cakes with gluten. I ordered red velvet with cream cheese icing. It was a beautiful cake! It was delivered right to the venue and set up with out me having to worry about it. I will be recommending to everyone. Thank you so much!!

My GI recommended this bakery after finding out I'm gluten intolerant. I ordered a birthday cake in the lemon raspberry flavor. Absolutely delicious! You can tell it's gluten free, it never has the same texture, but this isn't gritty or sandy. It's moist and has a nice crumb. It's not too sweet either; the cake, filling, and frosting are all perfectly balanced. The decoration was simple and beautiful. I will definitely order more treats from here!

We used Made With Love Not Gluten for our wedding cake. Our wedding cake was gluten and dairy free. She offered a variety of vegan as well as dairy free options on top of being gluten free. We were absolutely in awe of how well she made our design ideas come to life. Not only does this bakery have talent in putting together amazing flavors, they also can make incredible designs. I love this bakery. As with any gf baked goods, some are better than others but overall I've been very impressed. Their iced chocolate brownies are my go-to, especially when they have them with cream cheese icing. I've also purchased two decorated cakes from them and have been super impressed by both the taste and the decorations! Even with some weird asks (monkey playing a guitar?) they made it look great.

This is a great little shop. A great family ran business. They did our wedding cake and it was beautiful! It was gluten free. Their hours are a little tough if you work full time and you need to make an appointment with her if you need to order a special cake. Going early is key to get the food. Most of the food sits well with me here, sometimes it doesn't, not sure what she puts in it. I still will go back.

Unbelievable that this place exists in Mount Joy! Owned and operated by GF baker and her family. The choices, yes CHOICES of GF items is beyond my expectations. They also have some dairy free, egg free options. GF pizza dough and ravioli, I think are available too. Everything is baked fresh every morning and what doesn't sell get individually wrapped + put in freezer to be sold at a discount the next day. WOW

I ordered a custom cake (also lemon bars and brownies) for a small anniversary party for my in-laws. My father in law is the only person that attended that has Celiac's however since he was on of the guests of honor I decided to make sure he could eat everything. No one could believe everything was gluten free. Every. Single. Dessert. was delicious. I had to pick up the cake and desserts a day early as the party was 2.5 hours away. Custom ordered a cake and couldn't have been more happy with it. We have a bunch of food allergies and they were great about acomidating us. I had a hard time choosing what flavor we wanted because I'm not used to having many choices with our allergies! But this is by far the most delicious cake I have ever eaten! We will definitely be ordering cakes from this bakery for every occasion!

They had 2 display cases with fresh baked pastries as well as a huge freezer filled with frozen items such as GF pizza dough, quiches, and periogies.

This is a nice little bakery. I stopped by to try the cupcakes an hour or two before closing and was glad they still had one kind that was vegan (as well as gluten-free) since all the other cupcakes had eggs in them. I got a vegan lemon cupcake that was a little overpoweringly sweet. It's fair to say 'duh, cupcakes are sweet' but I would have preferred to taste more lemon flavor than pure sugar. My husband had an orange flavored cupcake that he said was good for being gluten-free.

Adorable little shop in Florin. Always fresh and a new section every day. They have both savory and sweet goods. You can make special orders for cakes, breads , rolls, etc. with a 2 day notice. Good coffee here too. Their fridge is full of one day old stuff that is a cheaper price. Everything I've ever had here was to die for. Friendly and welcoming staff. 5 out of 5!
