Services
Chris came to the Verde Valley in 1993, after graduating from Arizona State University. His plans were to work temporarily in Cottonwood for his brother, who formerly owned Mountain Waste, Inc. He enjoyed the business, his fellow employees and the community so much that the Verde Valley became home to him and his family.
Learn more about our Split Body Truck. This truck and pick up both waste and recycle in the same truck because it separates the trash from the recycle into 2 different compartments of the truck. Collecting and processing secondary materials, manufacturing recycled-content products, and then purchasing recycled products creates a circle or loop that ensures the overall success and value of recycling.
You will see the service fee reflected on your next billing cycle if you have chosen to receive a postcard/paper billing. Well this is is my first bad review of a company that I have written this company is terrible they recently took over my trash route and was unprofessional and bad talking the other company however in the past month of having their service my trash has successfully been picked up one time then almost 3 weeks later they sent a pickup truck to come and get my trah and said everything would get picked up and he left 4 bags and 3 big boxes 2 of which would have fit in the can if there was room and then I called again and the manager with and attitude told me I'm out of luck untill my next scheduled

Cancelled service over 2 years ago. Stated that service was cancelled January 2020. Interesting that I cancelled in March of 2019 because we purchased a home in Rimrock. They sent my account to collections and I have never heard from Taylor Waste nor collection agency. I left a forwarding address. Beware of their customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Giving them one star is undeserved. A now former customer, each year my Xmas tree has been taken. But today, on my last day of service, the driver took the tree out of the can and threw it down in front of my house. You ask why I stopped service? Because my bill went up 30% this past year alone. After this stunt, I won't be doing business with them in the future. they could have sent a notice with the last bill alluding to them not taking Xmas trees any longer. Throwing it on the ground without notice....Unprofessional and bad service

I got their weekly bin-emptying service and a couple of big bins, only had the service for a few weeks now but I'm very pleased so far. Setup was easy, and they come nice and early on pickup day. I do also appreciate how clean the bins were, it's the first time in my life I've seen a clean garbage bin!

I have nothing but great things to say about Taylor Waste. Great people providing great service. I am grateful for their attentive drivers and awesome staff. I have never had a problem getting questions answered either by phone or through the website. They support the local communities and people. I highly recommend their service.

We did like Taylor Waste while getting trash service in the Village of Oak Creek. However, when we moved to a different location, they sent mail to my new PO Box, and now they are telling me it was returned. I get mail there EVERYDAY, and a phone call BEFORE putting a customer in collections would be a better approach, in my opinion. People move, and when the customer is consistent in paying and NOT one that doesnt pay whats owed, then I would assume that the right thing to do would be call before adversely affecting that prior customers credit. It takes my opinion from a 4-5 star to a 2-3 star

On 9/12/16 I stopped my service because of our vacation, on 10/19/16 I resumed my service. Taylor Trash never gave us the proper credit for the suspension.
On 11/3/16 I called the office and spoke to Melissa and explained the non credit from the past which fell on deaf ears so we decided to just cancel the service due to 1) The office attitude they took with me and 2) There lack of accurate accounting, And if you can believe they still keep sending a bill in 2018 for $14.50 !! .... how RUDE and dunning you people are you need to get it together Taylor Waste your office needs a lot of help

I have never written a bad review for a business before but the woman who answers the phone is just the worst. She literally talks to you like you are an idiot and taking up her precious time. She treats you like she's doing you a HUGE favor by picking up your rubbish at all. The day after Christmas I called to see if I had missed pick up by not getting my can out til 9:15, I would've been willing to even pay a fee for him to come back and pick up our can late but I didn't even know if they had been on our street yet. The way she spoke to me was ridiculously rude. I would cancel

The lady that answers the phone has a very high pitched, ear piercing voice and likes to try to make you feel stupid. I called with a simple question about when my trash would picked up during the 4th of July week. My scheduled day is usually Wednesday. She said that during holidays trash pickup is pushed AHEAD a day... Well that means it would be picked up Tuesday... She said no it means Tuesday gets picked up Wednesday, Wednesday gets picked up thursday, etc. Well that means its pushed a day BEHIND. The way she talked to me was uncalled for. And her voice hurt my ears. If I ever get talked to

I called Taylor to pick up 6 bags of leaves etc for a senior that uses their services. They said we used the wrong size bags so they couldn't do it ...sorry... we had 3 people volunteering at her house all day. We called WM for another senior with the same problem. They said no problem ... we will do it and it is free. My neighbors all use Taylor but I am going to suggest to my neighbors that we all switch companies.

I've been using TW for so many years, I've lost count. Before transferring my service to them, I had used at least 2 others trash pick up companies. I came to Taylor because I had been with Waste Management but had some differences with them regarding their service and policies, (not to mention their worldwide corporate hugeness). They offered me the best initial rate which may have slightly increased over the years.
