Throughout my career, I have been given the opportunity to encounter a wide range of issues and have developed extensive experience with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and dual diagnosis. I have spent the past five years involved with various community and clinical settings, working with individuals that present unique experiences and therefore have unique needs.
Originally from St. Cloud, MN I graduated from St. Mary's University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. I have experience in a variety of settings including private practice, outpatient programs, inpatient programs, and school based providing services to individuals, families, and couples.
I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families towards meeting their personal goals and repairing past hurts. Special areas of interest include trauma, life transitions, relationship conflict, and couples and family counseling. I have found that a person-centered and compassionate therapeutic approach can assist clients in finding the strength to navigate through life.
