I have been a State Farm Insurance agent since 1986. I am a Jacksonville native and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Arts and Sciences. I recently moved to a different state and had to change over my policy. There were numerous complications with this process and I had significant trouble reaching my new agent. Even 1 month after I was no longer her client, Beth was working to help get everything straightened out. She was always available, always kind, and extremely professional. She has gone above and beyond to help me throughout this transition. I highly recommend her.

I don't usually write review but I just had the most pleasant experience with this office, I was stock in the middle of no were and the only number I had was the state farm agents number and he call the roadside assistant for me and make sure I was taking care for all the way thru. he was my heroes of the day that's what I call going the extra mile.
