We have used Sterling Protective Services for at least the past 9 years. NOBODY stays with a company for that period of time without having the trust in the service they receive and the support from the company when issues arise. Sterling set up a call between 2 4 pm. Jesse arrived promptly at 2pm. He is our original installer and knows our system better than any of us. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. He replaced an older motion detector. Hopefully, this will resolve the many false alarms we've been receiving. If not

Sterling Protective Services did a wonderful job installing our security system. Their employees were professional, timely, friendly, and helpful. In this day and age where it feels like you get zero customer service, I must say that I was thrilled with my experience with Sterling! Their representatives are prompt, efficient and kind. Ron with Sterling went out of his way to accommodate a special circumstance that I had and I am grateful. When choosing an alarm company, consider this wonderfully customer focused local business vs the big guys. You will NOT be disappointed.
