With over 15 years experience in the GPS communications field, and over 30+ years in the low voltage field, we are skilled and professional in providing quality service and installations to many companies. We pride ourselves on our customer service, professionalism, and quick response time to all requests for service.
Sheldon has worked for various large businesses with a variety of low voltage businesses, working in California and Michigan. After 25+ Years of experience in the field he decided to start his own business in the GPS Service & Installation business operating out of Michigan. However due to the economic climate and climbing gas prices, Sheldon needed to relocate the business to a more centralized area.
It is our focus at the home office to provide prompt responses to all service requests. Our customers are updated promptly on all work scheduled and completed. Our dispatchers also work closely with the technicians to ensure immediate communications onsite. They provide superior support to our techs to ensure they are well equipped with the information they need.
The successful candidate must ensure work is performed to the highest standard and all scheduled appointments are met. This position requires excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times. Outdoor work required regularly in all weather conditions. We offer on the job training for all new technicians.
