I have always had good service from this business for the last 7-8 years. This year was awful. The person didn't do my taxes in front of me. They called me rude because they dragged their feet to let me know I was missing something that was not told to me that I was missing until AFTER I left the office which is 1/2 hour from my house. They said they could email me my signature page to electronically sign, but I can't. I have to print it then either take it there or fax back. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Will not be going back next year. I don't care if it cost me $100 more. I give them business
